Plus, just a block away is the new 67th Street Town Center, which opened recently and is home to many great shops and cafes, like Ron Jon Surf Shop, Sweet Frog, Kite Loft and more. Broad Marsh community is located in midtown Ocean City off 69th-70th St. The house is located in between the bay side and the beach, and is only a block away from major public transportation!

Broad Marsh is less than 1/2-mile from 60th St and just a little farther down the road on 49th street is the famous Seacrets Jamaica USA you don't want to miss! The Bridge is just a 10-15 minute drive or bus ride from the Ocean City Boardwalk. Across the bridge you can visit other restaurants and can go check the ponies out at Assateague Island National Seashore!

One car can park around back in front of the units garage. There is also a small parking area beside the unit. There is plenty of parking right next to the unit on the street. Public transportation (bus) is available all throughout the summer as well. Plus, many places are in walking distance from the unit!
