Great Place
The location is overlooking the Trevi Fountain and is close to walking distance to most attractions and amazing restaurants . We found that it can be a little noisy at times especially in the late evening or early morning but because of the location we accepted this little inconvenience. Filippo and Marco meeted us when we arrived and were very helpful during our stay. We stayed for 7 days before going on our cruise and Filippo arranged transport from the airport to the property, the property to the port and the port to the airport. He also answered all our questions prior to our trip. The 88 stairs up to the property can be challenging for some but we had no problem. It took me weeks on the VRBO site to find this place and we couldn't have been more happier with the property. Again thank you Filippo and Marco.

Rome Visit 2022
The property was more than advertised. The location right above the Trevi Fountain was unbelievable. Just open the balcony door and revel in the view. With the window open you can hear the throngs of people below but it’s really not annoying, it contributes to the atmosphere. With the window closed you hear nothing. The unit is huge and well decorated. A big surprise was there’s a loft with an extra bed if needed. The bedrooms are large with plenty of storage space. The kitchen is galley style but well stocked. There’s AC if the weather is too hot. There are plenty of wonderful restaurants at your doorstep and within walking distance. And don’t forget to try the gelato ! Delicious! If you’re into shopping there are numerous shops to choose from The hosts, a father (Marco) and his son (Filippo) are wonderful. It’s a walk up and they helped us carry our luggage up and down the stairs on check in and check out. Every day or so Marco would knock on the door to make sure everything was okay. So friendly and always with a smile. They arranged for us to be picked up from the cruise ship terminal and Marco was awesome in tracking down a taxi when we left. My family would without a doubt stay here again and highly recommend this unit. We loved it! Thanks very much for everything Marco and Filippo.

Do not hesitate to book this property!
Our family of 4 from Canada (myself, my husband and our two teens, ages 15 and 18) stayed here in August of 2022. It is such a beautiful and comfortable apartment with the added bonus of the Trevi fountain right outside! The views from the windows were amazing! The bedrooms are very comfortable, the air conditioning was fantastic (particularly during a heat wave!), and the bathrooms, living room and small kitchen were all great! The location is amazing and it is so fun seeing and hearing the fountain and the crowds (only when the windows were open, otherwise it was very quiet) during all hours. Our host Filippo was so pleasant and hospitable, recommending great restaurants, grocery stores, etc. and arranging for transport from the airport. The location is fantastic and close to all the sites for easy walking excursions! We cannot recommend this property enough and can't wait to return!

Incredible Stay!!!
This apartment is just absolutely incredible! The location, space, building, and owner are all wonderful! Filippo, the owner was very kind and easy to deal with. He kindly left us a bottle of chilled wine and also arranged for a ride to the airport for our family of 5 for departure. Filippo even recommended local restaurants for us so we weren’t going to tourist traps! The AC was much appreciated during the 36 degree heat we had! You can’t beat the view of the Trevi Fountain…..we saw a total of 9 engagements!!! Yes, it’s a lot of stairs….but the view and gorgeous apartment is well worth the climb!

Just Overall Great Experience
The location and view make this place worth it alone, but the helpfulness and warmness of Filippo and his father Marco was beyond welcome. Stay here if you can! Pro-tip for future renters: Recommend moving the couch in front of the window. We sat for hours with our wine people-watching every night after dinner.
