Had a great time with our family of four. Beautiful, modern, clean condo.
Safe and modern condo complex located in central Playa. Walking distance to Walmart, restaurants, 5th Avenue and the beach. Cecilia was a great help and just a phone call or text away. The condo was air conditioned, clean and perfect for our first trip to the Playa Del Carmen area.

We loved our stay! The condo was really terrific, comfortable in every way. We would stay the entire winter if we could. Great rooftop pool, close to everything, couldn't have been better. Thank you, Roger and Diane. We'll be back next year ;-) PS. Playa del Carmen is a wonderful as you have heard.

Perfect condo and excellent location
We enjoyed our stay in Playa Del Carmen. Everything we could have needed was provided and Cecilia was helpful and very kind. We were able to walk everywhere, which we loved. The big bonus was being so close to grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping. We did a lot of exploring. Ten minute walk to ADO bus terminal. We took the bus to Puerto Aventuras one day and the Colectivo back. Very easy. Ferry terminal to Cozumel is about the same distance. All in all, a great place to stay.

Amazing place for vacation
It was HOME away from home. It was paradise from escaping the bitter cool in Chicago. It was a dream place for vacation. We were really surprised by how clean, organized, equipped and comfortable the Roger&Diane house was when we stepped in. When my kids saw the roof pool and hot top, they could not wait to jump in. The house is very close to where you need to be: the beach, the shopping mall, the food/grocery shop, and the restaurants. I have to mention that Cecilia gave us a lot of help, even brought needles and threads when we needed. Also when we were planning on the trip, I called roger a few times and the answers fro very questions. Thanks you. We will do it again if we are going down there again.

This brand new in 2014, top-floor PAPAYAplus condo by Sabatico has been proudly tweaked to the owners' high standards of lifestyle and enjoyment. This is their 'home-away-from-home', and they want it to feel that way for their guests as well. Aside from a few books to read and maybe a deck of playing cards, the owners leave no personal items whatsoever in the condo. Your vacation is YOURS, and Roger and Diane wish PAPAYAplus304 to feel like YOURS as well.

Why they chose this property

Roger and Diane have loved visiting Playa del Carmen for many years. Having always stayed within a block of the main park/public square, there was no doubt THIS was the perfect spot when the decision was made to buy their own condo. SUPER close to everything, yet nice and QUIET, compared to 5th Avenue or near the clubs by the beach. All that 'action' is but a short stroll away, but you don't need to sleep there. Aside from the quiet and safety of this incredible location, one of the main reasons Roger and Diane bought this PAPAYA condo was the wonderful builder/property management team. Sabatico has several projects in Playa del Carmen, and they incorporate the best design and lifestyle ideas into their buildings. Their office just happens to be right across the street from the PAPAYAplus building, in the unlikely event your condo requires attention. Get used to hearing 'Yes, of course' in English or Spanish. Cecilia, Jesus, Fady and Carlos have shown Roger and Diane the meaning of 'intensive care'. And, the 24 hr concierge/caretaker keeps the place sparkling. They are much more than managers, they are friends.
