A luxurious 1500 square foot property non-smoking, non-pet unit near Silverthorne with wifi, cable TV, DVD, and Stereo. Fully equipped kitchen. Laundry facilities are located within the unit as well as in adjacent buildings. You will not be disappointed in the appointments of this beautiful property.

Beautifully decorated Townhouse with Master King Size bedroom with TV and DVD and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has 3 twins. Queen bed loft area. 2 1/2 baths with hair dryers. The condo comfortably accommodates seven. Both bathrooms have recently been remodeled as well!

The main living area features a glass wall view of the beaver ponds and a wood-burning fire place. The unit provides a private deck with walkout access to open space for relaxation ... any time of year.

Buffalo Ridge is right in the heart of Silverthorne's Wilderness area - close to all Summit County ski resorts and Lake Dillon. Buffalo Ridge is located on the local shuttle bus line affording easy access to both winter and summer activities just minutes away from your front door.

Active vacationers can delight in the shared Clubhouse/s which feature indoor pools, saunas, spas, hot tubs, racquetball, and outdoor tennis. Moose, fox, deer, and a variety of birds have been spotted from the walk-out porch. Unit is within steps of National Forest property and a short distance from hiking trails leading to scenic overlooks, waterfalls, ponds, and forested areas. Summit Stage (bus) accessibility, free. Silverthorne, Dillon, and Frisco boutiques, shops, restaurants, and ski rentals are close by. A free shuttle stops close by the property and takes you all over Summit County and to other ski areas.

arrived and on the first night we found a rat in the house upon looking for we found the house of the mouse it was located in the couch also the hot tub was not in use we paid for a couch that wasn't covered in rat piss and a hot tub to use but ended up with neither can provide pictures of proof if needed please reach out

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice, clean but not a true 3 bedroom. One master was great. Second bedroom had 3 single beds and the third was a loft. Wasn't the most ideal for 5 single adults but that could be considered our issue. Definitely a good price.

Nice comfortable place. Nothing fancy but function.
A small group met there to ride Copper & it worked out well. A group of six adults (no couples)so one guy slept on the couch, but all good!
