Steps out the front door you will find English Bay sunsets and beaches, foot ferry to Granville Island, and 1 block to Vancouver's seawall. Located on the quite side of downtown across from Granville Island in the upscale Beach Avenue and Hornby Street district. It has 4 unique levels, 1800 square foot of living space, a 450' roof-top deck, courtyard patio off kitchen and a street picnic area.

Out the street-side private entrance is a tree'd city park, the kitchen walks out to a sitting area and courtyard and a private roof-top deck is furnished with patio table, sun bed and swing bench. An off-leash waterfront dog park is 5 minutes away.

The neighbourhood is upscale and quite for being downtown with a city block park across from the house. The sunsets over English Bay and the waters between the bridges rival any I've seen. Loving the outdoors this location gives you the best walks, hikes and bikes as all the best of what the city has to offer.

What makes this townhome unique

The patios are great in the summer months. Roof top dining and lounging, the amenities from squash courts to fitness room and the easy access walks to the waterfront and downtown core. Shopping can be found within moments from the garden shop next door to downtown's upscale shopping a short walk away.

Vi er svært fornøyd med beliggenheten til huset. Veldig sentralt, nært Granville Island. Vi hadde 9 dager i Vancouver. Huset er flott, men er nokså slitt. Vi trodde det først var ganske skittent, men det viste seg at huset er så slitt at det ser skittent ut. Huset var rent. Gode senger. Med en del vedlikehold hadde dette fått 5/5. Mvh Cecilie, Norge

Beautiful location, central to most of Vancouver attractions and public transportation.

This unit was situated in the False Creek area. The bike trails and walking paths along the water were easy to access from the apartment. I estimate that we walked over 50 miles plus during our week there.

This 3 bedroom unit accommodates 3 couples or a family with 2-4 younger children comfortably for sleeping. But, there is not much space for an extra person to sleep on the floor on a mattress.

The unit could use some updating, but was more than adequate for the 5 of us that did make the trip (2 others ended up not coming). We were a bit leery of using the hand and egg chairs. My sons and I are all 150 lbs plus so we did not use these chairs.

Other than a couple of minor glitches such as a faulty toaster and the dryer not working the unit was more than adequate for our needs. The pool and hot tub in the adjoining building was so relaxing after a long day of sightseeing.

I thought that we would hear a lot of street noise but I was wrong. Hardly heard any noise or were we disturbed by street noise.

There are lots of nice restaurants all around the condo. I would recommend the RIO Brazilian restaurant on the corner of Denman and Davie streets if you want to try something different. But, don't forget to take the water taxis over to Granville Island. Lots of pubs, restaurants and shops.

A large grocery store was 8-10 blocks away on Davie.

Excellent centrally situated Condo

Scottie’s place was very comfortable but also quirky in its decor. A very good location allowing us to get to the city centre and to the Canada Place stadium on foot. The recommended restaurants, especially the local Italian were very nice. We as a family managed to use the shared pool and hot tub on many occasions. All in all a very good stay and ticked all the boxes for our requirements.

Ok place with good rates, great location

The flat has unique style and has 3 bedrooms. However only 1 shower for 6 persons and the shower is on the third floor. Nice beds and cosy place. The flat would need an up-lift with perhaps wooden floors, new light curtains and sofa (old used leather sofa). Kitchen had all the equipment you need or even more!

The house was neat and clean.

We enjoyed staying in the apartment. The apartment had complete kitchen utensils that made our stay convenient. It is so convenient that the apartment is beside the street and we didn't have to use the elevator everytime we get back. Scotty offers free parking together with the apartment rental which I think is the most important thing to have when I am in Vancouver for vacation. I highly recommend staying in this place for people who value comfort and convenience for their vacation rentals.
