Entrance 2 car garage with automatic gate, opening the door we enter the room which has a double bed and a bunk bed, 2 single beds, then a kitchen with table for 4 people and a bathroom, another door opens to the back ground, front porch, bedroom, closet and bathroom, with air conditioning and cable tv, back deck with pool and barbecue / wood burning stove, the house is semi-detached mine but with independent access, by Area and distribution is ideal for 6 people, 2 couples with 2 children or 6 friends, no more than 6 people

CASA IMPECÁVEL, ÓTIMA LOCALIZAÇÃO - SATISFATÓRIO
Eu e outras amigas alugamos essa casa para passar o reveillon, fomos bem recepcionadas pelo proprietário o Sr. Luiz, a casa é completa atendeu todas as nossas expectativas, o Luiz nos orientou em todos os detalhes, deu total atenção, ótima localização com o preço justo. O imóvel é aconchegante, amplo, limpo e arejado.
A acomodação é de excelente qualidade, higiene, conforto tudo isso somado a hospitalidade do Luiz não podiam ter outra nota senão 10. Aproveitei ao máximo a cozinha prática e bem montada, o cantinho da churrasqueira e a piscina nos meus momentos de descanso. A vontade era de ficar por ali, mas não podia deixar de explorar as trilhas próximas que levam à praia de Joaquina e ao redor da lagoa. Bom conhecedor da ilha, Luiz me deu as orientações necessárias para que aproveitasse o melhor que Floripa proporciona a seus visitantes.Dicas de bares e restaurantes foram certeiras. Pena que minhas férias foram pequenas, talvez por isso tenha um bom motivo pra voltar, e podem ter certeza, é pro Studio da Lagoa que vou. Grande abr Luiz

Excelente relação custo beneficio , localização
Ficamos hospedados no imovel, eu e minha esposa , de 14 a 19 de novembro e foi tudo excelente .Bem localizada , junto a margem da lagoa. As acomodações corresponderam a espectativa . A cozinha , completa com todos os utensilios , permitiu preparar todas as nossas refeições rapidas.A suite , no piso superior , tem até closet , para acomodar toda a bagagem .Usamos até a piscina e fizemos um churrasquinho na area comum , tudo bem tranquilo.Certamente recomendo este imovel.

Férias Encantadoras
Adoramos nossa estadia que foi tranquila e super bem assistida pela gentileza do Luiz Adolfo,a localização é ótima perto de restaurantes,padaria e do centrinho da Lagoa onde se encontra de tudo,o imóvel é novo e muito bem cuidado,além de recomendarmos também já estamos nos programando para voltar,só que desta vez aproveitaremos para fazer alguns passeios para conhecer melhor a ilha com o próprio Luiz Adolfo que também oferece esse serviço assim como transfers desde o aeroporto.Fica o nosso muito obrigada e até a volta.
