This elegant 90 sqm deco suite is situated in the center of the city 200 meters from the Opera and 3 min. Walk from st. Stephan Basilica behind the luxury Andrássy Avenue, next to the always busy cosmopolitan area of the old Jewish Quarter.

Enjoy the historical touch in this magnificent flat with the combination of the original style and the modern living standards with premium design items. The suite is brand new renovated, works finished at autumn 2014.

The spacious living room of 30 sqm with small balcony, smart tv, hifi/wi-fi, ac serves your lounging.

The separated dining room gives opportunity for big breakfasts to start the new day in a good mood or even for an atmospheric dinner together at evening.

The 2 elegant bedrooms are equipped with king size beds, one of them with led-tv for your relaxation. The extra bed for the fifth guest is a sofa bed in the living room (bed size: 115x210 cm).

In 2 bathrooms (one with wc, bidet and xxl-shower, the other one with wc and tub) you can take your refreshing shower or relaxing bath. Hairdyers in both bathrooms.

The fully equipped kitchen serves your comfort. All the kitchen equipments as the cutlery, glasses, porcelain tableware are signed with the label of the best European brands. The Nespresso machine and foam maker makes your morning more enjoyable.

Internet cable connection and free wi-fi access, 1 smart-tv, 1 led-tv, air condition, safe, espresso machine, fridge, oven, stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, dryer rack, iron, iron board, travel cot, high chair and a tub for baby, hairdryers.

The house built in the last years of the Monarchy (Hungarian-Austrian Empire) in 1912-13. With one of the first elevator of the city.

At the next corner you can use the first subway of the European continent, opened in 1896. Or visit the amazing cafés (coffee shops) around. The New York Palace with famous New York Café (rated in 2012 as the best café of the world) situated also just 10 min. Walk from our place. The movie of Grand Budapest Hotel is based on the story of this place. In the afternoons take your towel and go the the next thermal bath or Turkish Bath in the city. Just in Budapest there are 250 thermal springs.

Great location and Tibor offered much information on sites, restaurants, bars etc We arrived at night so it was dark and the stair lights didn’t work and there is much construction going on around the area so it seemed a bit strange at first. After getting into the apartment and then the light of day the next morning everything was great.

Magnificent and the most helpful and informative owner
The apartment is clean, well-equipped, stylish and excellently located. Minutes from the Opera and the central transportation hub, as well as from the 100E bus that wizzes you in from the airport. Tibor sent us lots of useful information which made our preparation and arrival so easy and our stay much more productive. There are so many great places to eat mearby. I cannot recommend this apartment more highly.

A wonderful stay in Budapest
Tibor's apartment was all we could wish for, quiet, spacious, bright, clean, furnished with great care and taste, and lots of extra touches (pantry items, safe for valuables, washer and dryer, and much more). The beds were very confortable, the apartment was a delight to come home to at the end of a long day visiting Budapest. It is ideally situated, in a lovely and safe neighborhood, within walking distance of some major attractions. And it is just as pretty as in the pictures. Tibor was a most obliging host, communications and check-in were extremely smooth, and he gave us lots of informations. In brief, we had a wonderful time in this lovely flat and I would recommand it in a heartbeat. Köszönöm, Tibor!
