Great location!

We rented this apartment for a week and we LOVED it!

Located a short walk from St Stephen's Green, Trinity college, Temple Bar and Grafton Street, where all the shops are.

We took daily trips to Blarney Castle and Cliffs of Moher. Breathtaking!

We also took hop on hop off bus to visit Guinness Storehouse, Dublin Castle, Dublinia, St Patrick's Cathedral.....

The owner was very kind, responsive and helpful. Binder in the apartment contained all possible information you need for your stay.

Do not miss Riverdance show, Theatre is also walking distance from the apartment.

The place is very clean and well equiped, washer and dryer were so helpful.

Wonderful Flat in a great area of town

We had a wonderful time in Dublin and the flat worked great! The on-line pictures do not do the apartment justice! We loved the full kitchen and the washer dryer were a big help. Brendan was very helpful and made sure we lacked for nothing. The binder in the flat had everything we could want or need at our fingertips. Some of the things we did: take a Guinness tour, see the Goal, and the Book of Kells at Trinity College which were all right in Dublin. We also took a day trip to Blarney Castle. We all had a wonderful time. I would recommend this flat to family, friends and strangers alike.

Well situated condo for 2 couples

We rented this condo with another couple for four nights in June. It was our first stay in Dublin and it worked out very well for us. The layout of the apartment is excellent for 2 couples, affording each a US King bed and bath of their own (one en suite, one in the hall). It is well maintained and an excellent place to stay without having a car in Dublin. The location makes it easy to get taxis, when needed, although you can walk to many spots.

It is situated a short walk from morning coffee spots and St. Stephen's Green. We would take the Dublin Hop on Hop off bus from St. Stephen's to tour the city. It is located on the second floor in a safe, secure building above a small convenience store which we found quite convenient. Other highlights we have not found in other rentals were phones provided at no additional cost which could be used to call locally or another one for international calls. There was also a lot of tourist information and the owner provides copious notes regarding his favorite restaurants and other attractions. We enjoyed several of his suggested dining spots and concur with his recommendations. The condo provides all necessary conveniences and is quite comfortable. While best for two couples, it could be used for families depending on size and ages.

During our stay, there was a bit of construction going on across the street, but it was not too much of a disturbance. There is some street noise as well, but the windows have blackout shutters for those who shun the daylight after a night on the town. All in all, we fell into bed tired enough after our touring about that we did not let any of this impact our sleeping.

There was a bit of confusion initially about additional fees payable upon departure, which we did not find listed in our original communications, but it was an honest mistake which was clarified once discovered. The owner returned our deposit check as agreed and is trustworthy in all respects. Detailed instructions for use of the condo are provided and the owner is available by phone if there are questions. We did wish there had been things like dish and laundry detergent made available to us, but figured those things were left to the tenants to provide, so we purchased enough for us to use and left the remainder for the next vacationers.

We enjoyed our stay enormously and would happily return here.

Great Apartment

We stayed at this wonderful apartment for the Easter Rising celebration with my in-laws (4 of us in total). It is a great apartment, fully equipped and in a great location. We ate all our breakfasts in the apartment which was a relaxing way to start the day. The attention to detail was amazing including the welcome emails with lots of details on restaurants, things to do, the use of local cell phones, etc. The location was excellent between St. Stephens Green and the cute town of Ranelagh. It was a nice walk to town down Grafton Street to all the shops, but we really liked coming "home" at the end of the day. Also enjoyed walking down the Canal to Sussex House and OBriens pub. Highly recommend.
