Luxury 1 B/R 1st floor apartment in the 'Patatran' apartment block located in the fully developed tranquil Southern part of Eden Island comfortably accommodating maximum 2 adults and one juvenile (up to 12 years!). Contrary to what you might expect you will not be exposed to any noise emissions from the marina.

The apartment offers a breathtaking view on the Eden Island deep water Marina right in front of it. The nearby horizon is dominated by Mahé Island with its flush green granite hills dropping steeply into the turquoise Indian ocean.

The 88 m2 apartment is fully air-conditioned throughout and has ceiling fans both in the lounge as well as in the en-suite bedroom and the veranda. The bedroom is fitted with two single beds and a personal wall safe.

The kitchen is fully equipped with Miele appliances (Dishwasher, Washing machine/tumbler and ceramic hob/stove and a very large Fridge/Freezer) and provides for all amenities to make your stay easy and comfortable. A cleaning service is provided once a week . A golf buggy, DSTV Sat TV and free unlimited (slow) WiFi throughout the apartment are at your complimentary disposal.

Four beautiful private beaches are within a minutes' walking distance and a swimming pool is just 50 meters away. The Golf Cart has its designated covered parking bay right in front of the apartment. A Central Parking Garage will house your hired vehicle if you think you need one.. Eden Island hosts a modern upmarket shopping mall with a large supermarket, an arts gallery, boutiques and banks with ATMs among others. The Marina seafront is home to over half a dozen restaurants and cafés for all different tastes and budgets. You will also be able to make unrestricted use of the Club House with fully equipped gym, a flood lit tennis court , a large infinity swimming pool , a kid's playroom and a snack bar.
Snorkling set can be rented on site.

Cet appartement est très confortable et joliment décoré par son propriétaire qui est aux petits soins de ses occupants. Ce logement convient parfaitement pour un couple. Au calme et bien équipé (barbecue....) il permet à ceux qui souhaitent cuisiner de savourer les produits locaux achetés au marché de Victoria. C'est la 5ième fois que nous venons à Mahé et que nous choissisons de séjourner à Eden Island pour sa quiétude, son cadre exceptionnel de beauté avec son jardin exotique et pour ses jolies plages au pied des appartements. Eden est le meilleur lodge sur l'île de Mahé en terme de rapport qualité/prix. A recommander sans aucun doute.

es war sehr schön, es hat mich sehr gefreut
auf dieser insel kann man sich richtig wohlfühlen. das apartment ist geräumig und für zwei personen großartig. die terrasse zum hafen hin ist einfach erbauend. ausstattungsmäßig ist alles vorhanden. zwei kleine punkte, die aber nicht urlaubsentscheidend sind: das wlan ist sehr schwach und die bedienung des fernsehers war für mich eine herausforderung. ich kann dieses apartement nur empfehlen.

Truly a Home away from Home.... Clean, bright, beautiful marina setting, fully equipped kitchen, BBQ, Wi-Fi.... Dedicated golf cart will transport you throughout Eden Island to shops, restaurants, bars, SPAR Supermarket, money exchange, ice-cream shop, beaches, pools, gym and more..... and medical, lab, pharmacy and dental center should the unpredictable circumstance arise. Taxis and rental cars available at reception; parking lot on premises included for rented vehicles. Perfect for sailors and non-sailors alike. Eden island meritevole
L'appartamento situato ad Eden Island è senz'altro la migliore soluzione per un soggiorno medio lungo, infatti la moderna isoletta ( collegata con un ponte alla terraferma) è dotata del meglio dell'isola: ristoranti, bar con disco, supermercato, centro con dottori, dentisti, farmacia ecc. Inoltre la spettacolare marina riserva le migliori imbarcazioni della zona, anche da noleggiare. All'interno del complesso si circola con delle macchinette elettriche (buggy) per andare alle tre spiaggette , al centro commerciale oppure al parcheggio ( noi abbiamo noleggiato una macchina per l'intero soggiorno). Anche se la famosa casa sulla spiaggia potrebbe rappresentare meglio una vacanza alle Seichelles, ( difficile ) noi abbiamo scelto questa soluzione per non essere troppo isolati in un'isola dove purtroppo si hanno parecchi furti, e la scelta è stata azzeccata in pieno. L'appartamento va bene, credo che abbia una vita di una decina di anni, è sufficientemente equipaggiato e con uno standard che si avvicina al nostro europeo, consideriamo comunque che siamo in Africa.., però avrebbe ora bisogno di una risistematina... Georges, puntuale nelle richieste, non ha potuto risolverci il problema internet che, come descritto nel sito, spesso non funziona e per il restante tempo è quasi inutilizzabile ( solo messaggi watsApp). Per usare internet seriamente sono andato più volte ad un internet caffè....Detto questo, noi siamo stati molto bene e dato il lungo soggiorno la posizione è stata veramente indovinata. Consiglio il noleggio di una macchina per scoprire le spiagge più lontane e più favolose dell'isola. Anche i telefonini alle Seichelles hanno problemi, informarsi bene presso il proprio operatore prima di partire. Nicola

Beautiful vacation spot!
The pictures don't do it justice! The apartment is beautiful! The booking, arrival, and departure process were very quick and easy. The apartment had everything my friends and I needed, and the view is absolutely amazing! If you're visiting the Seychelles, this is the place for you!

We are living in Nairobi - less than 3 flying hours from the Seychelles. We come to the Seychelles regularly. We appreciate the friendly people, the climate and the year round boating possibilities of the Islands.

Why they chose this property

The view from our huge second floor veranda is really looking for rivals. Virtually all our clients spend most if not all their time on one of the verandas. The orientation of our "Patatran" block enables you to enjoy both sunrise as well as sunset from different veranda sections
Last but no lease being on the first floor not only provides you with much more privacy but also ensures that mosquitos and other "dudus" do not disturb you as it is the case with most ground and many first floor apartments necessitating a weekly fumigation exercise by the Island Management.
No noise emissions from the Marina. Total tranquility.

What makes this property unique

Eden Island is only accessible to property owners and their friends and/or tenants. Hence total privacy and security is assured not only in and around the houses but also on beaches and other facilities at the disposal of the island inhabitants.
