About this property

Old town 8bed 2.5ba heated** pool and hot tub! Casita also available!!

You'll enjoy a great house in a great location. Our newly renovated home, swimming pool, grill and cocktail bar are all at your disposal. We are just seconds from stadiums, golf, spas, shopping, dining and all the nightlife old town Scottsdale offers.
We have four bedrooms, two bathrooms, the master bedroom has a king bed, and private bath, two other bedrooms have queen beds with twin over full bunks and the fourth bedroom has a queen bed with twin bunks. The detached casita has another queen bed. There is a beautiful refinished private heated diving pool with seating area (inside the pool), indoor bar, and outdoor bbq grill. There is an outdoor firepit and hot tub.
We have a corner property which means you only have neighbors on one side so a lot of privacy and extra parking on the side street.

** we now offer a Heated pool!!
The rate for heating the pool is $50/day with a $25 initiation fee

Great spot for large group
After having trouble finding spots with enough places for actual adult sized guests, this place was an awesome find. Plenty of beds, very clean, the pool and hot tub were great. In an excellent location close (but not too close) to Old Town Scottsdale.

Perfect family vacation
Wow,From the moment we walked into the house it felt like home,Very spacious for a group of 11,Open floor plan and plenty of seating for all,I spent hours searching for the right home and i couldn’t of found a nicer home,Kids loved the pool and playing all the games the home has to offer especially corn hole,Casita is extremely nice and clean,Location is only minutes away from all the restaurants and mall,Christopher made sure we had the perfect stay, Checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed,I will give this home 10 stars if i could..Look no further and book this home for your next vacation you will not be disappointed...

Spring Golf Trip
Wonderful accommodations for our group of 8 golfers. Plenty of space inside and out for all. Tons of amenities both at the house (pillows, towels, chairs, kitchenware) and in the area (grocery store and some restaurants within a 5 minute walk). Very short drive to everything else. Perfect location - minutes to the highway (101 loop). Owner was very responsive and genuinely interested in our level of satisfaction - before, during and after our trip. For our group, we couldn't have made a better decision. Thanks to Chris for everything!

Excellent Location.
Overall the house was nice and presented as pictured. The location was convenient and quiet. The backyard was nice. Too cold to use the pool however the hot tub was nice and utilized often. Communication with the host was prompt. A few areas like the dressers and drawers in the kitchen could have been cleaner but overall the house was clean. A few amenities listed were not in useable condition or were lacking. With a little attention to detail this could be an excellent place just falls a little short as is.

Great property
We stayed at this property for our annual golf trip. The house was exactly as advertised, clean, and had everything you may need. It is also in a great location with plenty of store around and only a quick 5 minute drive to downtown. The extra space in the casita was also a great touch. Would recommend this property to anyone!

Our property has all you'll need for your stay!
We're close to old town Scottsdale
Less than 1 mile from the bars and night life. Close to plenty of golf courses, Shopping and spring training stadiums as well!
We have been renting our properties for years now and we have plenty of happy visitors!

What makes this property unique

We have a heated diving pool, we also have a hot tub for your use!
Giants spring training stadium is with in walking distance, as well as a grocery store and pharmacy just down the road.
