Well-ventilated apartment, balcony with barbecue, social elevator and service, HD digital TV with LED TV 49 '' in the living room and LED TV 32 '' in the suite, garage with automatic gates (very well closed), building with full accessibility and more is located near Carrefour, Extra, Atacadão, Assaí. Kiosk 23, near Boirirão, Mc Donald's and Burger King (800m from the apartment). The apartment has everything needed for a great stay, a great option to spend your holidays, all in the best beach of Praia Grande. We are available for any questions.

Perfeito!! O apt° é ótimo.. muito bem localizado. Dá para ir a praia a pé se preferir. Os funcionários do prédio são extremamente educados e prestativos com um destaque especial ao zelador que dá diversas dicas de lugares.e segurança cuidados para quem é turista na cidade. O proprietário é fantástico!! Responde rapidamente! Muito educado e simpático! Voltaremos diversas vezes e nem irei procurar outro imóvel já faremos contato com o mesmo!! Super indicamos!!!! Obs: O apt° tem todos utensílios necessários! E a geladeira é ótima! O fogão é excelente!!!
