Lugar exelente com preço ótimo .
Muito bem localizado , com uma vista sem igual . Churrasqueira coberta muito bem organizada , piscina ,portões eletrônicos . Móveis em exelente estado . 2022 conheci o local e 2023 já estou pensando em garantir minha reserva . Proprietário muito gente boa e de fácil negociação .

Não é uma casa, é um kitnet dividido com acartonado, muito pequeno, pouco espaço, é proibido fumar, mas vizinhos não, de tão pequeno e apertado é como se estivesse todos juntos!!!

Exatamente como descrita, e anfitriões muito atenciosos.
Local muito tranquilo e a residência do Flávio é muito boa, com ar condicionado, uma boa cama e chuveiro quentinho. Aproveitamos muito a piscina do condomínio e o quiosque com churrasqueiras, freezer e geladeira. Local excelente para descansar e curtir na Cia da família, principalmente para quem possui crianças pequenas, pois o mar é muito calmo e praia tranquila. Na beira do mar não há quiosques, somente vendedores ambulantes. Muito agradecido pela atenção dos anfitriões.

Ótima localização e infraestrutura, local limpo.
Ótimo imóvel, excelente localização e infraestrutura, limpo e organizado, receptividade e vizinhanças maravilhosos. Seu Flávio sempre muito atencioso e pronto a esclarecer dúvidas, a Patrícia que nos recebeu muito receptiva, tudo funcionando perfeitamente, e com saída para o mar, piscina, churrasqueira, com certeza iremos retornar no próximo verão.

local agradável, ambiente familiar, excelente localização. apartamento bastante confortável, limpo e com ótima estrutura (espaço relativamente pequeno, ideal para, no máximo 3 pessoas). O proprietário é extremamente solicito e atencioso. è a segunda vez que me hospedo e, com certeza, indicarei para os amigos bem como voltarei mais vezes.
