The apartment faces south and north and its trans versant.

We had a great experience at this property. Our host was very helpful and proactive with communications. The apartment was clean and spacious, and we had all the comforts of home. Although there are many great things about this apartment, its best feature is its location: we were within a few minutes walk to the beach, train/bus/tram stations, groceries, shopping, dining and Old Nice. Thank you Roxanne for a great stay!

Perfect Location
Thank you Remy & Roxanne for making our stay in Nice so enjoyable! This apartment was the perfect location for our girls’ trip to Nice. We loved our time here and will stay again when we return. The location was excellent - very close to everything; the promenade, restaurants and shops yet tucked away in a quiet and safe neighbourhood. The apartment was spotless when we arrived. It was very spacious and well equipped with everything we needed during our stay. The furnishings were so comfortable; we also really enjoyed having some indoor downtime during our stay. I can’t say enough about how wonderful the property manager, Roxanne was during our stay! She made the check in and check out process so easy. She reached out in advance of our check in to confirm our arrival time and provided all the information we needed to get to the apartment. She met us at the apartment, showed up around and answered all of our questions. She provided us with excellent recommendations for restaurants. Roxanne checked in with us often during our stay to ensure there was nothing we needed and made herself available to us for anything we might need. Checking out was as easy as check in. Roxanne met us at the apartment and had us on our way very quickly. Everything about our stay was easy and pleasant. We loved it and can’t wait to return. Thank you Remy & Roxanne!

Great location, beautiful apartment
The apartment is located very centrally in Nice. We took the tram from the airport and it let us off 5 minutes from the apartment. The Promenade des Anglais is a short walk from the apartment and the area filled with restaurants and various markets. Old Nice is a short walk away. We were 10 minute walk from Nice Ville train station so we could easily get to Monte Carlo. The apartment is on a high floor in a lovely elevator building, with lovely details. The apartment is large and comfortable, high ceilings, great details. AC in all the rooms. Well equipped kitchen including a drip coffee maker. The second bathroom is on the small side with a small shower stall, however, plenty of hot water and water pressure, so was great. There is a balcony off the dining area and off one bedroom for enjoying the lovely views of the neighborhood. Roberto checked us in and gave us a thorough overview of the apartment and Roxanne was our main contact. She is very communicative (while she was on vacation!) and has many suggestions for restaurants, the neighborhood and things to do, making sure everything is perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, highly recommended!
