The Space

Positioned high on 36th floor overlooking to the west of CBD, this modern corner apartment boasts uninterrupted stunning views towards Southern Cross Station and Victoria Harbour. You can see as far as Geelong and even people sailing in Port Philip Bay! This spacious apartment is filled with abundance of natural light. Enjoy the convenient Melbourne CBD living style with shops and cafes across the road. There is even a Coles Supermarket and a Asian Grocery shop just across the road. Tramlines are at your doorstep. The free city circle tram is just a 4 minutes walk from the apartment. A short stroll will bring you to the Docklands, Crown Casino and Entertainment Complex and South Wharf DFO.

The apartment is just opposite the Southern Cross Station where the Skybus terminal is located. So getting to/from the Melbourne airport via the Skybus is really easy!

Guest Access

- Stunning sea view and sunset view to the Docklands, Victoria Harbour and Port Philip Bay.

- Spacious 2 full-sized bedrooms. (NOT a study-room converted to a bedroom!)

- Each bedroom has a queen-sized bed (sleeps 2 on each bed). Linens and towels are provided.

- The third bed is a queen-sized sofa-bed (sleeps up to 2 persons). Take note if you have 4 or fewer guests, the sofa-bed will incurred additional cost due to the additional cleaning of extra linen and quilt provided. Please let me know in advance.

- Blinds/curtains on all windows.

- Samsung UHD 43" Smart TV.

- Unlimited Internet / Wireless WIFI (Up to 90 MBPS!!!)

- Complimentry Netflix. Kids programs too!

- Air-conditioning and heating.

Getting to the apartment is easy. Just take the Skybus from Melbourne Airport to Southern Cross Station. The building is just opposite the Southern Cross Station.

Getting Around

The Etihad Stadium, the Crown Casino and Entertainment Complex and Docklands are all within walking distance.

You are located in the Free Tram Zone so all trams is free as long as you travel within the Free Tram Zone. The historical Free City Circle Tram (Route 35) is also just 3 minutes stroll away.

We were quite taken with the view from this 40th floor apartment. location is terrific, with easy access to trams and the train station across the street, with its many shops. The owner, Daniel, was extremely conscientious about any concerns we had. Minor suggestions: add a real chair to the living area, more hangers in the closets, and wash cloths in the bathrooms.We would definitely recommend this apartment to other visitors to Melbourne.
