We have just returned from a wonderful 12 days at this villa and it was everything we had hoped it would be.
The villa is much bigger than we'd expected, the photos do not do it justice. The pool was amazing and was cleaned twice a week and was much larger than others you may find, we had lots of fun using it and the pool area was perfect and immaculate, although, it would have been nice to have had the use of the mattresses for the sun loungers as they were quite uncomfortable but the owner kept the mattresses locked away in a wardrobe in the bedroom, as well as the outdoor seat cushions.
While extra bed linen was provided, the villa would benefit from having a washing machine in order to wash towels, bedding, etc.
Due to it's location, own transport is recommended, we rented a scooter from Nina's Rentals which was great and had no issues, the scooter was fully insured and was dropped at the villa at the time we had requested and collected on the day of our departure.
On the day of departure we settled our bill for the electricity we had used during our stay and while the villa description states Thai electricity is only 5 THB per kw, our bill amounted to just over 2500 THB which I though was very high compared to what we have paid previously at other properties, although we didn't check the readings ourselves so we didn't query it.
Would we stay here again? Definitely!
Would we recommend this villa? Definitely!
