Generally, this place is OK. However, there are several issues you have to consider before staying in this villa. First, there was a bad smell in BOTH bathrooms, so strong that even air-freshener didn't work. No toilet paper was provided so we had to buy it ourselves. The same goes for the garbage bags - it took us a while to find it in the local shops. Second, all three rooms open up to the veranda and swimming pool but the doors don't have the mosquito nets on them. As a result, even when the nights are cool as often is the case at the end of November, you have to shut the doors and turn the AC on in order to sleep. Anyway, lots of insects and mosquitoes are coming in. Third, the cleaning should be improved. Ceiling air fans were covered by a thick layer of dust. And no house cleaning is provided during your stay (10 days in our case) so we had to do it from time to time. The set of towels is also given once for the entire stay. One window next the to kitchen was leaking water inside the house during the strong rain and lots of small ants were coming inside through that spot. The quality of TV reception for all the channels was so pure it was impossible to watch.
The amount we've paid for the electricity is somehow higher than what we paid at similar villas before.
Communication with the management company was fast and efficient and the Wi-Fi at the villa was very good.
All things considered, our stay at this place was OK but we can compare it to another villas we've stayed before in the Rawai area and the conclusion is you can definitely find a better deal.
