Walking distance to some of the best restaurants in Historic German Village in downtown Columbus and Schiller Park. 10-15 minute drive to OSU, Convention Center, Short North and Easton Town Center areas. Bus stop 1 block from the property drops off at Ohio Stadium on football game days.

This property is ideal for 28 day minimum rentals with discounts for longer-term contracts. Also, there’s the possibility for the driveway and a single garage space for longer-term rentals. Past tenants include neighbors’ visiting family, corporate WFA temporary housing, corporate relocation or other visitors to historic German Village!

A Gem in German Village! So Lucky I Found it!
This property is delightful! Hardwood floors, fireplace, walk in closet, full kitchen, huge comfy couch and nice TV. Best of all, a charming, private upstairs patio. Close to the park, too. I'm still in the carriage house, and I'd extend my stay if it were available!
