1 bedroom 1 and a half baths located on 24 acres with a white board fence. All modern amenities, Direct TV, WIFY, and a remote gated drive. This unit does have stairs and the 1 bath and bedroom is located on the second floor overlooking the living room area. Very convenient for UT Ballgames and events as well close to the Pigeon Forge, Knoxville, and Gatlinburg.

Perfectly relaxing weekend
This property is definitely one of our favorites! Impeccably clean and we loved the horse themed decor. If you are looking for a bustling environment and a busy place, don’t come here. We awoke to the sunrise and birdsong. Everything we needed was there. Thank you for a wonderful weekend.

Great place for couples
This was the perfect place for us to explore Knoxville and the surrounding state parks for a couple of days. At the end of the day, it was a quiet place to retreat to and relax in the hot tub. We had everything we needed. Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect Romantic Getaway
This home exceeded our expectations. My husband and I stayed for a New Years Eve weekend getaway. The owners were wonderful in the beginning conversation and continued to show why their listing is superior. Privacy, comfort and tranquility are three words I could use to describe this home. Right down to the decor this place is full of unique charm that excites your inner child. The snacks were a welcome touch after a long day of driving. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your home!

Incredible experience close to Knoxville TN
What a wonderful property, welcoming, comfortable, private and still just 20 minutes from the heart of Knoxville. The sunsets over the pastures where amazing! This location is a wonderful escape from the hustle and bustle of urban life and yet you are just minutes away from several shopping areas and right off I40. My wife and I could not have been more pleased. :)

Romantic, private, yet convenient to several areas. Close to I-40 exit 398 with restaurants and more.

What makes this property unique

Located on 24 acres. Very well decorated and unique that it would accomidate the traveler with a pull behind trailer and easy access to I-40, close to Knoxville, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and Sevierville.
