This spacious 1350sq ft condo has stunning mountain views from every window. It lies in the heart of downtown and is only a short walk for groceries, coffee (Starbucks), liquor and fine dining. It is a corner unit on the top floor and has an airy feel with an open concept and 18' vaulted ceiling.

Enjoy views of the Rocky Mountains from your private balcony or the top floor hot tub. Easy access to heated underground parking by elevator or staircase.

This vacation condo has many natural elements throughout including Italian granite countertops, leather furniture and stone around gas fireplace. You will love the luxurious look and feel of our high quality carpets. It is also equipped with modern stainless steel appliances and heated flooring.

A 55' flat screen TV can be viewed from kitchen, dining area and living room with the open floor plan. Enjoy sitting in front of the gas fireplace while you watch your favourite sports, shows or movies.

This is a three bedroom unit with a queen size bed in each room. There is also a convertible couch in the living room which is a queen size bed. The master bedroom has an en-suite for added comfort. The second bathroom is large and at the end of the hall from the other two bedrooms.

Due to government regulations we cannot foresee what regulations will be in place for the fitness rooms and hottubs. Any amenity may change at a moments notice.

Overall great but 2 small improvements
This condo was the perfect place for our group to stay while in Canmore, it was spacious and clean and had a well stocked kitchen. 2 things we thought could be improved: - instructions for how to access the parking garage - it wasn’t initially clear that you had to pre book a time a lot to use the hot tub, by the time we discovered that via a sign in the elevator, there were very few slots left during our stay

Inaccurate information
I was informed the evening before our stay that the elevator wasn't working. Unfortunately with such late notice it would have been impossible to find an appropriate lodging for 6 people on Thanksgiving weekend. I was traveling with my 79 year old mom who has difficulty with 2 flights. She really struggled with 4 flights and left the apartment less often as a result. When I inquired about any financial reimbursement for this change in accessibility I was offered a discount on future booking. If I had been informed earlier I might have been able to make alternate plans. I would NOT recommend.
