Pale Morning Dun ~ 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms

The Pale Morning Dun is located just 18 miles from Bozeman, MT.
On March 20, 2020, we added a disinfectant wipe down of the house above and beyond the usual cleaning regimen.

This 7 person capacity house is in the small town of Manhattan, MT, and is perfectly located for those who like to fly fish or participate in other outdoor adventure activities and enjoy being in a small town neighborhood & local community. The house is approximately 1.5 blocks from a train crossing. For people sensitive to the noise of a train's whistle, we would recommend looking elsewhere. It runs through the night, mostly in the summer months.

This is a strictly NON-SMOKING Property; no smoking is allowed in the house, on the porch, or in the yard.

-3 bedrooms (king and queen in bedroom upstairs, a queen in bdrm on main floor, a single in a bedroom on main floor)
-2 bathrooms with showers (1 in upstairs, 1 on main floor)
-Sleeps 4-7 (2 queen beds, 1 king bed, 1 single bed)
-No smoking, no pets
-Gas fireplace
-Washer & Dryer
-Fully furnished including linens
-WiFi (wireless internet) available in the house
-TV with YouTube TV, Netflix, Amazon services
-No phone available, but cell service works here
-Gas grill on front deck
-Additional services such as pre-stocking groceries, meal service, river shuttle service may be available
-Owners of the property live on-site in a separate house on the back of the property. Owners are available regularly for assistance during your stay. The back yard is reserved for owners and is separate from the guest house. The front yard, front porch and front entrance of the Pale Morning Dun is reserved for guests.

Great stay!!
This place was perfect! We felt totally comfortable. It was a great location for fishing and checking out Bozeman. Joe was great at answering any questions I had. I would totally recommend this rental!!

This property was perfect for two friends catching up! Very quiet location, centrally located, and the long table was perfect for us to each have a spot to spread out and read/craft! I loved the post and beam architecture in the front of the house!

Great Unique Place to Stay!
We spent a week here while snowboarding at Big Sky. The property is super unique with all the reclaimed materials used to renovated. There is a little photo album so you can look at the renovations made. With 5 in our party, finding a place with at least 4 beds can be rough. It was warm, cozy, close enough to get to the mountain easily, and super easy access to the freeway. Joe was absolutely great with communication prior to and during our trip. 5 stars, Definitely recommend!

Gallatin River Ranch close
We were so happy to find a great place to stay near our community that we are building in. We are building in Gallatin River Ranch and we were looking to stay in town while we are having to come in and check on the progress. We can’t wait to have family also use this property.
