The location of this stunning two-story villa is secluded, with panoramic uninterrupted views of the Irish Sea. The picturesque village of Dalkey is a 15 minute stroll and offers an abundance of amenities including shops, boutiques, restaurants, pubs and recreational facilities.This deluxe well-appointed family resident is bright, spacious and has a southerly aspect with splendid views of Dublin Bay, Dalkey Island, Killiney Bay and the Sugarloaf Mountain. The accommodation is approximately 427 sqm (4600 sqft) comprised of a pillared entrance porch, reception hall, guest wc, two reception rooms, kitchen/breakfast room, games room, shower room, sauna and 6 bedrooms, 4 which are en-suite. A flight of 20 steps leads from private car park to entrance door.

Beautiful home for a family milestone
This is a beautiful spacious home with everything we needed for a week-long family stay in celebration of my parents’ 60th anniversary. We were a group of 11 and had more than enough space. Kitchen is well-appointed and made meals several nights. Restaurants and cafés are a short 10-15 mins walk. The rail line is also a close walk and super user-friendly. Scenic walks along the water are nearby. Also a great location as home base for day trips to explore Wicklow County and Newgrange, Dublin etc. Orla was also a great asset and helped us with whatever we needed both before the trip and during the trip. Highly recommend this stunning home!!

Very lovely villa overlooking the Irish sea Great place for a large group. Orla, the property manager is great. She is very accessible and goes above a d beyond to ensure you have everything you need. Highly recommend this beautiful villa.

Amazing ... Beautiful
Was a wonderful property and wonderful neighborhood. Stroll to morning daily Mass and coffee, pub for a pint in the afternoon. Plunge in the ocean on New Years Day with the rest of the locals. Great time.
