Adorable 1200 square ft home with a bright, bungalow feel right in the middle of Hampton Beach. Very bright and cheery. Just seconds to walk to the beach, restaurants, entertainment, and shopping. 'H' Street is directly across from the playground making this house ideal for families.

Three bedrooms, 1 bath, full kitchen, full size refrigerator, air conditioned, washer/dryer, internet, cable tv, off-street parking for 2 cars. Nice backyard with grill, picnic table, umbrella, adirondack chairs and other tables and seating.
Guests are required to bring linens and towels

Very nice
We were very happy to rent this house. Everything was nice and clean and all the necessary was there for our stay. We were a group of 8 and we did not have any space issue. The overall setting is also perfect. There's a nice backyard with plenty of space if you want to do a barbecue, the living room as enough space for your whole group, so does the kitchen and it takes a 2 minutes walk from the house to have your feet into the sea. Activities are also right around the corner.

Great Location
Easy walk to the beach and all merchants and restaurants on the boardwalk. House was easy to access and very clean. Living area and kitchen were both very comfortable and roomy. 4 adults and two children ages 2 and 4 had plenty of room to enjoy ourselves indoors. Bedrooms are up a steep set of stairs but there is a pull out bed downstairs if needed. Would easily book again, however, being one bathroom we found out a two bathroom unit would be better for us. Nice back yard layerd with pea stones, has plenty of seeating with a glass table and picnic bench plus other chairs and a gas grill. We thoroughly enjoyed our week at this home.

Vacation week
Very nice property with perfect location. Roomy and well equipped. Easy walking distance to the beach and shops. Great back yard. Would definitely consider another beach vacation at this property.

Good location
Owners were very nice to let us check in earlier in the day since no one was staying there before us. The house is in a good location. We were very disappointed with the lack of cleanliness, I had to clean before unpacking. Pictures did not reflect the lack of recliner and the addition of a broken foosball table. We had issues with the toilet which the owner did come to fix and also with the TV which didn't get resolved while we were there. The backyard was private and comfortable.

Perfect location and house!
We had a fantastic stay here. Very clean and a lot more room inside than you think. Great backyard area too. Perfect location to the beach and all the activities Hampton beach has to offer. Will definitely stay here again!
