Brand new 32' Samsung Plasma T.V. with DVD player. The adjoining spacious full bath overlooks the surrounding historic neighborhood filled with quaint turn-of-the-century homes and offers partial views of the Gulf of Mexico. THE BUSINESS CENTER

Located in the 'Beau View Bedroom' on 2nd floor includes a writing desk set within beautiful bay window overlooking the Historic District.

The entire property is equipped with unlimited private and secure high speed wireless Internet (FREE unlimited WiFi). Extra-capacity, full-size washer and dryer are located on 2nd floor. Please bring your own washing detergent. Detergent is provided for washing sheet/towels at check-out.

DINING AND COOKING

Fully equipped kitchen with gleaming granite counter tops, new stainless GE Profile appliances, industrial ice-machine, utensils, flatware, dinnerware, and cookware. The sunny breakfast nook seats four. The formal dining room seats an additional six people. The New Orleans style courtyard featuring a gas grill with an outdoor dining table with seating for four and a park bench tucked away for privacy on the northern perimeter. Additionally, there is the kitchenette in the optional 3rd floor master suite with mini-fridge, microwave and sink with table seating for four. NOTE: LP Tanks are provided for the grill, but renters are resposible for obtaining fuel. Often there is some left from previous renters.

ELECTRONIC AMENITIES

Besides the electronics described in each bedroom, the living room features a 64’ Sanyo flat screen HDTV, Sony Blue-Ray player, and video and music library for your unlimited viewing and listening pleasure (disks located in chest in foyer). All T.V. are connected to DirectT.V. High-speed secure wireless Internet and progressive scan DVD players included. A Business Center with a quaint writing desk overlooking the Historic District is located on 2nd floor.

About Donna Meeks

We are Donna & Joe Meeks of Pensacola, FL, owners of The French Townhouse, a boutique-style property. We enjoy finding unique vacation accommodations like the French Townhouse, which enhance vacation experiences & transform them into treasured memories. We created the French Townhouse as a destination for other travelers looking for a unique & fulfilling vacation experience. In 2014, we applied for & were granted the 1st short-term rental license in Biloxi.

Joe & I attended The University of Southern Mississippi in Hattiesburg, MS. After earning a B.S. degree in 1981 & a Master’s Degree & National Board Certification in Elem. Educ., I taught 1st & 2nd grade for 29.5 years before retiring from Biloxi Schools in 2010. Joe graduated in 1980 with a degree in Business Admin. with an emphasis in Finance & Real Estate & opened Kubota tractor/machinery dealerships in Mississippi & Florida.

Having done freelance work in interior design the past 30 years, with Joe's input we transformed The French Townhouse into 3,000 sq. ft. of complete, sophisticated indulgence for the discerning traveler.

With extensive experience in planning & a lifetime spent in the deep South, Joe & I are perfect resources to answer questions & help make your stay unforgettable & seamless.

Best vacation we've had in a long time

Donna was accessible and accommodating every step of the way. I had never used VRBO and I was reluctant, however, Donna took time out of her evening to talk with me about the home and answered all of my questions. Following our conversation, I booked immediately because she was so warm and kind and I felt there was no way in the world a woman this nice would own a dumpy place. Let me tell you, this home is amazing! It is well decorated and has EVERYTHING that you need to make your stay convenient and enjoyable---home away from home. Ample space for everyone to relax and enjoy being a family. The home is absolutely phenomenal and so are the owners. If ever we vacation in Biloxi again, I wouldn't consider staying any place else. Thank you!

Great location. Large townhome.

This beautiful townhome is within walking distance to the Beau Rivage and Hard Rock. My family and I enjoyed spending our Thanksgiving holiday here. Our teenage girls LOVED the 1000 square foot suite on the third floor!

We had such a wonderful stay in the French Townhouse. The home itself

is classy and charming while being completely welcoming and comfortable

for a range of ages. We had a sisters vacation / family gathering and had

plenty of room for everyone. The location was quite so sleeping was not

a problem and nice attention to detail was appreciated.

The rooms were comfortable with plenty of space and the kitchen / dining area gave opportunity for chatting while cooking or gathering around the table as a group.

The courtyard was nicely landscaped for privacy yet did not feel closed in...we loved it.!

Communications with Donna were prompt and smooth. Her directions

and notes to guests were appreciated as they were thoughtful and helpful to understand the details of the property.

Some notes on the location...we were close enough to hop on the walking path by the beach, we could walk to the Farmer's Market, there was a church nearby and hopping on the highways / main roads for our excursions was a piece of cake.

We would recommend staying and plan on coming back.

We are 1 of only 3 legally licensed properties listed on VRBO in Biloxi, so there is NO risk of your vacation being shut down by the city (we have rescued dozens of renters who unknowingly rented from unlicensed properties then had their vacations cancelled by the owners after being cited by the City of Biloxi with fines of $1000.00 per day for operating illegally without a license)!

Located in the heart of the View Marche, the Rue Magnolia, the Historic District AND the Arts District, and on the Mardi Gras routes and Cruising the Coast venues, the French townhouse is within 700 feet of the beach, the upcoming MGM Shucker's stadium, crabbing, windsurfing, historic sites, antiquing, shopping, coastal ecology boat tours, tour train, trolly and transit service, bicycle rentals, and gambling at world class casinos, famous restaurants and resorts. The ferry to Ship Island, Fort Massachusetts, world-class golf courses, Gulf Island National Seashore and the Gulfport, Biloxi International Airport are all within a 15-minute drive.
