Sand Pebble *Tri-Level Oceanfront Townhome*

Welcome to Sand Pebble!  SCC#111505. Sand Dollar Beach and La Selva Beach have great exposure to pick up both the northwest swells in the winter and south swells in the summer.

This 3 bedroom, 2 bath, tri-level town home right on the sand in the gated community of Sand Dollar Beach.

Ocean views from every room in the place with direct beach access from the 2 lowest level bedrooms.  Open living room with HD plasma TV and gas fireplace, dining area with seating for 8 and gally style kitchen on the middle level.  Balcony deck with seating and Gas BBQ.

Loft bedroom and bathroom on top floor.  Main bedroom and 2nd bedroom are on the lowest floor both with sliders that open to a smaller balcony deck with stairs to the sand. 2nd Bathroom with tub/shower on lowest level. The larger of the two couches in the living room pull out for two more people to sleep.

You are just a short drive to numerous attractions, i.e. Famous Beach Boardwalk, Gizdich Ranch for Berry picking in Watsonville, Capitola Village for shopping or dining on the sand, Moss Landing for some Kayaking or Whale watching, or Monterey Bay Aquarium.  Santa Cruz county has great restaurants with a beach feel, from Stagnaro's on the Wharf, Café Sparrow and Café Cruz.  Come and enjoy what we have to offer, you definitely will be back!

Other things to note
- This unit has shared walls with neighbors on either side so noise is possible.
- The first room is a loft style room that is open to the living area. It does have door for privacy
- Please be respectful of neighbors and local quiet hours
- This house is in a gated neighborhood and has security patrol

Sailing and surfing/body boarding offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with mountain biking and cycling nearby.

Nice stay
We always have a nice stay. Proximity is the big attraction for us. Seals, dolphins and otters to name a few of the aquatic life.

Beautiful Beach!
We had a great time staying on La Selva beach. The condo was perfect for a short getaway to escape the summer heat. Restaurants and groceries are a drive away, so plan accordingly. Amazing sunrises and sunsets on the beach with a fire pit for your use.

Family trip
We had the best time! Location was amazing. Spent most of the time on the gorgeous beach. Only negatives were that the check in/out was 15 minutes from the house (not a huge deal, but it made timing the checkout a little more stressful) and the mattress in the loft was extra firm (bad for us, not necessarily everyone). Don’t come if you have a hard time with stairs. We loved it and would definitely stay here again.

An epic birthday weekend
We rented the home for my boyfriend’s 54th birthday. The view was beautiful and the ambiance was very quiet and relaxing. We enjoyed direct access to the beach and made several bonfires. The property was clean and had all the basics readily available. The only drawback was heating. It was extremely cold and the fireplace didn’t provide much warmth. It was almost unbearable the first night. Overall, we liked the property and enjoyed our stay.

Enjoyed Christmas 2021!
This unit was, overall, a great place for our 2021 Christmas vacation. The unit is steps to the beach and provides awesome ocean views from each of the 3 levels. It’s an older unit, but well maintained and recent upgrades make it very comfortable. The only downside is that there were 5-6 remotes for the TV with no clear instructions of how to operate them. It was a challenge! Be sure to arrive with basic groceries (especially if you plan to prepare your meals) as the closest grocery store is a few miles away.
