The condos have full kitchens, washer/dryer, internet, picnic area, gas grills, pools on site, option either two or three bedroom, parking on site. A five minute walk to the golf course with two 18 hole championship courses. You will truly enjoy your stay in our condos.

The condos are the perfect central location and is just 1.5 miles to the ocean with easy beach access and parking. Myrtlewood Resort offers 3 great golf courses (Pine Hills, Palmetto and Arrowhead) and a great family atmosphere, with pools only steps away.

Great stay at Magnolia North !
The best possible compliment I can make in regards to this condo is that there is absolutely nothing I would change about it.. spotless upon arrival .. great ‘ feel ‘ to the unit .. nice decor & furnishings .. comfortable king bed .. first class accommodations for sure .. nice quiet complex .. grounds well kept .. everything I was looking for .. already looking forward to a future stay there 👍

Description of Condominium: Two or three bedroom Magnolia North Condo are centrally located in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina at the Myrtlewood Golf Club community. Our condos views range from balcony overlooking the fifteenth tee of the prestigious Pinehills Golf Course to pools. The complex has numerous outdoor pools with barbecue areas for your use.
The interior has a cathedral ceiling and ceramic tile floors in the kitchen and baths. The Master Bedroom has a king-size bed that can also be set up as two single beds for golfers. The Master Bath has a bathtub with a shower. The Guest Bedroom has two adult single beds and private entry to the Guest Bath with its large stall shower. The Living Room sofa opens into a queen size bed and the loveseat adds additional seating. The Dining area has a full-size table with seating for six. The Kitchen is spacious and fully-equipped with everything you might need-dishwasher, electric stove, microwave, icemaker refrigerator, garbage disposal, coffee maker, cookware and utensils.
Three cable televisions and two VCR's plus a computer are available for your use during your stay. A full-size washer and dryer are provided along with an iron and ironing board. We also provide soap, shampoo, paper towels, bath and hand towels, sheets, pillowcases and blankets.
The Condo is ideally located 1.4 miles from the beach at the end of 48th Avenue North. We are just minutes from 'Broadway at the Beach', 'Barefoot Landing', great shopping, dining and nightlife. It is also only 5 miles to the Myrtle Beach International Airport.

4 flat screen TV's, DVD players, and all freshly painted.

Master Bedroom: 1 Queen bed, flat screen TV, private full bath with shower/tub
Guest Room: 1 Queen bed, flat screen TV. Shares 2nd full bath with twin bedroom.
Guest Room: 2 Twin beds, flat screen TV with DVD player
Living Room: One queen sleeper sofa, one regular sofa, occasional chairs,
flat screen TV, VCR, and DVD player
Kitchen: Fully equipped for cooking and dining in. ALL NEW full-sized appliances
Dishwasher, fridge, stove/oven, microwave.
Many small appliances: coffee maker, toaster, toaster, oven, Ninja blender etc.
A washer and dryer in the guest bathroom and iron and ironing board are there for your convenience.
