We are located on the Third Green of the Palm Valley Country Club Challenge Golf Course overlooking gorgeous lakes, dancing water fountains and beautifully maintained grounds. No tee-box noise! The single-story Palm floor plan offers an open and spacious 1549 sq. ft. of usable living and entertaining space. Our two bedroom, two bath, gated, single-story condo home has all the amenities, and everything is included from new bedding and linens to Cable TV to Wireless Internet. Our spacious home features a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite counters, elegant dining room and airy living room with wet bar, comfortable family room, and two inviting bedrooms with baths. The laundry room contains a full size washer and dryer with new linens, bath towels, and pool towels.

Lovely condo with plenty of space. Very well stocked with everything you might need. This is our second time renting this condo and we have enjoyed both our stays immensely.

Clean and quiet!
We loved our stay at John and Nancy’s condo. It was exactly as advertised and one of the cleanest rentals we’ve ever stayed in! The location was very quiet and we loved our sunny morning coffee on the deck looking down the green. Very enjoyable, we’ll be back again. Thanks to you both!

Palm Valley - 2 Bedroom
The Palm Valley Country Club is our favourite that we’ve found in the Coachella Valley. Beautiful, secure, great pools, great clubhouse/golf course. We love it. This particular condo is a nice one. Really nice layout, well furnished and comfortable and very competitively priced. And the property owners were responsive to our questions. On the negative side, we found the wifi was spotty in places and there also appeared to be a bit of a problem with ants under the sink. Otherwise, it was super comfortable and we would highly recommend it.

Quiet, Cozy, & Comfortable!
John and Nancy's home was everything my friend and I needed in a home away from home. We were in town for the Coachella music festival and we wanted to quiet and cozy home to return to at the end of each day. John and Nancy's home delivered exactly what we wanted. We were able to enjoy the pool which was only a few steps away. We had everything we needed in their kitchen to prepare a delicious brunch every day. We would definitely stay here again next year!
