Only 10 mins to Historic Fair Hope, 3 mins to beaches on the bay with water sports and fishing, 50 mins to Gulf Shore beaches, 15 mins to Mobile.It's located in a small family oriented neighborhood with easy access to the main roads. Small town feel in Daphne and Fairhope make exploring fun and there is lots to see and do.
Fishing and swimming in the bay is just minutes away, and there are several golf courses close by.
Dining and shopping is very convenient and will accomodate anyones taste.

House was perfect for our group of five. Comfortable and clean. We will definitely stay again next time we are in the area.

Like home
Our visit with husband, mother, daughter, 2 grandgirls and a schnauzer was great. Was like being in our own home out of town. The location is excellent: everything is around the corner. The neighborhood is quiet. The kitchen has everything you can need to cook a meal (spices, condiments, teas, crockpot, blender). Rooms and bathrooms are cozy, clean and comfortable. One night we had a barking concert from the neighbor's dogs but that did not stop us from sleeping. We plan to repeat next year.

Cute cottage-great proximity to Fairhope and Daphne
My husband and I and another artist were there for the art show in Fairhope. The cottage was spacious, clean and had all the basics you could need! It was very quiet although as others had mentioned, there was a barking dog that woke us up one night, but it really wasn’t an issue. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider it again

Comfy Home with great location
Wonderful home, nicely furnished and equipped with all the essentials to enjoy your home away. As I travel with my small dog, the fenced back yard was great. Staying 2 months, I walked the residential neighborhood often, yet the location is handy to shopping, restaurants and parks. I walked across the street to take in the Daphne Mardi Gras parades. I took a Y membership only minutes away. It is close to Mobile Bay, but a distance from the Gulf, but being a winter rental that was not a concern for me. Keith is responsive to inquiries. I have wonderful memories of my stay here, give it my highest rating, and would definitely come again.. Nancy from Holland MI

Comfortable home well stocked with anything you could possibly need.
We enjoyed our month long stay in this home. The bed was very comfortable and it was very close to mall, golf and restaurant s. We will stay here again

Being right on the water would be ideal, but for the price this home will save you a lot of money you can use to do other things close by, and still get to the beach within an hour or the bay in five minutes!
