The loft is 2 min from Copacabana beach, 7 min from Ipanema beach and 10 min from the subway, the fastest access for those going to the stadium, downtown and other sights of Rio. It is next to the Fort of Copacabana (3 min), headquarters of Fifa, where the foreign TVs settled. The apartment is sized for four people with comfort, comprising a maximum of five people (max 4 adults and one child). It has a double bed plus a sofa bed which can be arranged for 2 or 3 people. The two rooms (living room and bedroom) are integrated, being able to be totally separated at night, by a partition, giving more privacy to each environment which, in turn, has its own fan and air-conditioning, to guarantee the temperature independence of each one. In the living room we have a 40 'LED TV with access to cable TV, WIFI router, a retractable dining table with four seats, a sofa, a bar that delimits the kitchen space and many cabinets for guests' use. Guests will have access to efficient wifi, cable TV, fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, cooktop stove, microwave, forniture, sandwich maker, coffee maker, toaster, juicer, blender, water filter, plus dishes, cutlery and kitchen utensils . The bathroom has a hairdryer. The loft has cabinets available to the guest, a luggage room and even a niche with iron and ironing board.
