Beautiful Lake Park within Walking Distance and Views of Mountains and Skyline!

3 Gorgeous Bedrooms with Hotel Sheets you will Melt Into. This home will sleep 4 people.

Beautiful Kitchen with 4 Burner Gas Cooktop and Oven and all of the Amenities you need with Dining Room Attached.

No Convenience is Spared to Make Your Stay Comfortable and Relaxing.

We are cannabis friendly, but do ask that all smoking takes place outside the home on the large patio.

Information book will detail Restaurants, Denver Hot Spots, Maps of the City, How to work In-home Electronics, Wireless Internet Accessibility and More.

Guest have full and private access to entire main level, patio, yard and hot tub.

I live in separated apartment with a separated entrance. You will have complete privacy on the entire main level. Guest have complete privacy.

Please be aware that there is one exterior security camera which is located outside of the main entrance to the property.

Denver city ordinance requires that outside noise be restricted between the hours of 10:00pm and 8:00am.

Lovely Home in a Perfect Location for me
The owner was super accommodating, and I really appreciate that. The home is lovely. I hosted a small Sunday brunch for the Denver family, and the kitchen was great for preparing the food and serving buffet style.

Great place to stay
Nice, clean and the view of downtown from the hot tub is fantastic! The neighborhood was quiet and there are stores to meet your set up needs nearby. Jeff was in contact and a great host. The house is clean and well decorated.

Great home base and nice view
The house was beautiful and clean. Good instructions were posted for everything we needed. Jeff was very accommodating and helpful. Drive times were longer than I anticipated, but that's more about Denver than it is about the listing. Back patio and hot tub are excellent after a long day of hiking and sightseeing. View from the seating area outside lets you see the skyline, glittering in the morning and at sunset. Great place to stay with a small family.
