It is perfectly equipped for families, couples, romantic getaways, small group or corporate retreats. This 1200 sq' unit features heated cork and tile floors throughout, top quality stainless steel kitchen appliances, granite countertops, a gas fireplace, gas BBQ, queen beds with bamboo pillow top mattresses, down duvets and all the comforts of a home away from home!

So whether you choose to take in the fresh sea air on the sun deck, or cozy up on the couch with a book and a glass of wine in front of the fireplace, you will be impressed by the ever-changing views of the marina and mountains and are sure to feel comfortable and relaxed the minute you set foot “DOCKSIDE” in Unit # 201, the Moorage. You are welcome to bring pre-filletted fish to cook while you stay but the rest of your catch must stay out of the condo and can be packed and flash-frozen or processed in a variety of ways directly across the street at Fishfull Thinking or down the road at Far West Fish Pack.
