Arguably #1 location in all of Park City with amenities and resort accommodations! Located atop the 9th (top) floor and only 1 of 3 at The Westgate that face the slopes, see the valley and view the pine tree covered mountains depending on which way you look! This 2,400 sf Presidential Penthouse was the #1 pic at the 5 Star Westgate Resort in 2006. Completed in 2008, it boasts all the luxuries of a Park City Home with all the amenities of a 5 Star resort including your own private parking space in the 'owners garage.' There is also a good size storage unit in the same garage, both only a few steps to the elevators. We a also have a cart in the storage space that you can take groceries, bags, etc.... up the elevators to the condo.

Lets start with 270 views, but each view is a completely different breathtaking scene from the Pine covered mountains with the beautiful neighboring resorts on the left, the ski mountain and gondola and skiers coming down the slopes in the distance from the main room and the endless views of the PC valley to the right! You also look right over the largest indoor/outdoor pool in Utah, the Westgate Edge Grill, the organic Westgate store, the tennis courts and have spectacular views of the other resorts and mountains which adds to the lights and night scene.

This condo boasts 4 luxury suites, 7 flat screen tvs, 3 fireplaces, 3 private decks, a large hot tub, 3 kitchens, 2 full fridges, a 10 person dining table, a $12,000 custom U shaped leather couch (seats 8-10, ideal for relaxing after skiing!), vaulted ceilings throughout with extra windows and views, a two person spacious tub in the main master, a jetted tub in the 3rd master, 3 king beds, 1 queen, 1 bunk bed with a double below and a twin on top, a pull out couch and plenty of couch space. We also have our own private parking space (#2) for your convenience.

In addition, all the showers have steamers and waterfall overhead spouts, all fixtures are rustic copper, all counters are granite, there are 4 high ceiling fans, 2 high chairs, and more!

Now for the 5 star amenities! There is free ski valet that checks your skis and boards at arrival and have them waiting at the bottom of the gondola, then care for them after your last run. There is a full spa and a fully equipped exercise room on the 4th floor.

There is an adult only heated indoor pool with a 10 foot waterfall, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room 5 floors below you. You have a full kids room, arcade two other heated pools and jacuzzis. Now with world class mtn biking and the new Canyons golf course, this has become a world class year round resort! The Christmas lights are gorgeous and the fireworks during the 4th of July are practically eye level.

This is what the Park city ski vacation is all about. This has been our personal dream vacation spot for 3 years running and we have been full each year! We would love to share it with you. What makes this condo unique

There is no other property this well located in our opinion with all of the necessities of a fantastic ski vacation. Westgate and the Canyons offers ski valet, full spa, world class skiing and mountain biking, fishing at the private reservoir atop exercise facility, restaurants, ski rentals and more. We are one of the few properties that faces the slopes, still sees the valleys and mountains, but does not have the sun glare in your eyes every morning. Instead, the sun rises behind you and presents the most amazing morning views. You can literally be in the Gondola going up the Mtn and wave to your friends and family sitting in our hot tub!! In addition, we are in a unique angle that we have 270 degree Views, with each direction a completely different view. We have yet to find anyone else that has that. Finally, since we are the Penthouse, no one is above or on any side of you. You have your own world at the largest ski resort in Utah! Now with the golf course and world class mountain biking steps away its year round unbeatable living!!

Park City skiing convenience

Spent spring break here and had a nice stay. The resort is very conveniently located at the base of the gondola so easy on and off. The ski valet at the resort was also very convenient. The unit was nice sized with 4 BR and suited our group of 9 people well. The unit was well appointed, but could use a few very minor repairs (closet doors, shower doors etc). Overall, it was nice and comfortable and we enjoyed being right in the center of Canyons resort. Easy to work with owner/agent for booking and check in. If you are looking for a resort experience with room to handle your group, this is a good option.

Renter beware

Park City and the Canyons is a wonderful place to enjoy skiing. We had perfect weather, area restaurants were great, and the ski service (Aloha Ski) did an excellent job. The penthouse although accommodated our large group, too many things were broken, worn and the management was unaccommodating and lacked knowledge for providing a resolution. Kitchen cabinets worn and several broken, closet doors broken, storage closet a complete mess, broken furniture. Although they advertise "complete Westgate amenities" and the penthouse is equipped with Westgate towel, toiletries, robes/slippers, NO housekeeping service is provided. We stayed for five nights - no linen changes, no towel replacement, no additional shampoo (only one small hotel shampoo, etc) was provided in each bath, no garbage pick up. When owner was asked they said they owned the shampoo but did not have any more to provide - Really? The Manager who oversees the owner properties provided no follow up or solutions. In one room a book stated that you would receive daily housekeeping and in the other a welcome sheet stated that if staying for 5 days you would receive linen changes on the third day. None of this happened and no one could explain!

This was addressed with the owner during our stay, however, no follow up has ever been provided. Yes its a large penthouse and convenient to slopes, however, its disappointing when you spend a lot of money and its the simple things that get messed up and not attended to. I would not rent from here again and if you do, make sure you have clarification on what services you are and are not receiving.

Perfect Ski Weekend

The Presidential Suite is perfect for a large group, with plenty of space for everyone to sleep, relax and enjoy the comforts of a great resort. We will definitely stay again if and when our group returns to Park City.
