Punta Esmeralda is between Bucerias and La Cruz de Huanacaxtle, in the State of Nayarit, Mexico, more commonly known as the Mexican Riviera. Only 15 minutes from Puerto Vallarta's International Airport, you are close to well known Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, with a relaxing tropical resort for a perfect vacation get-away.

Punta Esmeralda is a newly constructed, gated, privately owned residential community. On 30 acres with 1/2 mile of beach front, the 210 units are well spaced apart. Some owners live there full time, others visit their property when time permits. Few of the owners rent their units, so the complex is serene and enjoyable, not overcrowded and dirty

Very Nice accommodation lots of room
We had a marvelous stay here it's a great complex with pools and restaurant that serves great food. The unit itself is very nice with a beautiful view of Banderas Bay and a night view of PV.

Wow, the View
The condo was absolutely beautiful and looks just like the pictures. We are home now and I miss it so much. The complex is beautiful and the views are to die for. My family with 2 younger kids had a great time and for the most part we had one of the common pools to ourselves for most of our stay. A car is nice to have but you can do it with taxi's or the bus etc. You can also walk to some restaurants in Bucerias along the beach (it was to far for the kids but was fine for us). We all loved Falconi's pizza in La Cruz and Mar y Sol in Bucerias. We had grandparents with us for part of the time and there was more then enough room for all 6 of us. This was our first month long vacation and we are definitely planning to do it again. My only complaints would be that the beach was a bit rocky and the pools were colder then I personally like (but I like a really warm pool).
