Recently updated waterfront property, private Dock, and outdoor shower located right on beautiful, quiet Blaisdell Lake in the Sunapee region. 10 min from Mount and Lake Sunapee. Excellent location for swimming, fishing, canoeing, kayaking, and hiking in summer and skiing, ice fishing, and snowmobiling in winter.

Mount Sunapee and Pat's Peak are both within 10-15 mins away, where there is great Skiing in the winter. Golf at Country Club of New Hampshire 5 miles away

We loved our stay at the lake house. It was clean, comfortable and well equipped. We appreciated having the dock, the kayaks and paddle boards. The lake was fairly quiet and the loons were marvelous to listen to. It was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy each other's company.

We enjoyed the house very much, and would definitely stay again! Loved the paddle boards, dock (really needs a safe way for people to get in and out of shallow water though.That would be awesome.) The laundry washing machine is awesome, and fits a lot!! There are plenty of paddles for everything. There were some things around behind nightstands and under beds, water bottles, 2 pills, laundry left in dryer, but clean otherwise. There was a huge beehive on the front of the house, which the owners took care of right away. We definitely did not want to leave!!

Our family grew up in NH and we were able to all connect from various locations on the lake we used to visit when we were kids. A wonderful stay!

Great place to rent
We had a great experience renting here! The house is conveniently located to the boat launch area and the lake was really clean! Thy was super easy going and very communicative!

Summer vacation
This our third year at this rental home. Once again the home was clean upon arrival and well stocked with bedding , kitchen supplies and watercraft. My adult kids all enjoy the home and the lake. It gives them a chance to relax, fish, read, ride bikes around the area and rejuvenate their spirits. Thanks Ty for the use of your home.
