FREE PARKING AND FREE WIFI!!!This is a one-bedroom/two-bath unit with a lovely tropical decor accented with wildlife. With a king-size bed in the bedroom, bunk beds, and a sleeper sofa, this unit sleeps up to six guests! The kitchen is completely stocked with all items needed to prepare delicious meals. High end stainless steel appliances. Flat-screen TVs throughout the condo including the bunk area (one for the top bunk and one for the bottom bunk).
The living room offers a relaxing view of the Gulf of Mexico- no need to turn on the television! Direct beach view from the balcony, a grass court to the left and the resort's pool and jacuzzi directly below.
The sleeping arrangements in this unit are as follows: master bedroom - 1 king bed. Bunk beds in the hallway. Sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit sleeps 6.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great the view Was beautifulThe People we're very friendly.The unit had a terrible smell.The bedroom set needs a good scrubbing. I covered the coach and slept on it.I turn the Furnace onAnd it had the same bad smell. No, as the unit so I had to shut it off. And heated the unit with the electric stove as needed.The balcony floor and furniture needs a good cleaning.

Clean, comfortable, generic condo
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pelican isle 215 was super clean, comfortable and provided some basic necessities upon arrival. Things that would upgrade this condo from generic are: replace rusted drapery rod and rotten curtains, add a bit of beach decor, place mats for old wooden table, for improved safety add a handhold in bathroom, mark the step over onto the balcony, label various light and fan switches, some even label dishes for quick inventory and replacement,repace old with tall patio furniture, hooks in entry way for jackets etc, extra towel rack. Having stayed in a variety of units I might stay here again but for the same price others are more attractive and desirable as the owner has taken more interest in how they present their rental.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was musky smelling as soon as you opened door. Guest shower has black mold inside door frame that comes off while showering. Carpet in bedroom and rug in living area was nasty. There was filth at the bottom of the appliances. Balcony door would not open all the way and was very hard to open. Entire unit very outdated.
