Peaceful location
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Idyllic peaceful location looking out onto the lake and only a short walk from the beach and shops. Apartment fully equipped with things needed to cook and helpful to have beach chairs and umbrellas as well.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus
Super ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in traumhafter Lage direkt an der Lagune. Wir waren zu fünft und es war ausreichend Platz für uns alle...denn das Wetter war leider nicht sehr schön und so haben wir eigentlich immer drinnen gegessen. Schön eingerichtet, Küche sehr gut ausgestattet und auch das zusammenpassende Geschirr hat uns sehr gefallen. Wir waren schon in vielen verschiedenen Häusern in Gruissan, dieses ist eines der schönsten und am liebevollsten eingerichtet. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ferienhaus in toller Lage und besonders Preiswert.
Das Haus hat eine neuwertige, prima Ausstattung. 2 Terrassen mit Ost- und Westorientierung, was besonders im Hochsommer angenehm ist. Es ist reichlich Platz vorhanden mit 3 Schlafzimmer. Das Haus liegt in eine ruhige, verkehrsfreie Lage an der Lagune und nur 5 Minuten zum Mittelmeer ein sehr günstiger Preis für diese Traumlage. Deshalb können wir das Haus sehr empfehlen und bewerten es mit 5 Sternen.

Einfach super - nur zu empfehlen!!!
Wir (2 Erw + 2 Kinder) wollten schon immer mal in Südfrankreich Urlaub machen und haben uns entschlossen im August 2016 für 14 Tage ein Ferienhaus zu mieten. Ein Tipp meines Arbeitskollegen hat uns zu diesem Ferienhaus geführt. Was mir sehr Recht war, da dies unser Jahresurlaub war und wir nicht reinfallen wollten. Bereits der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr nett und die Anreisemodalitäten völlig unkompliziert. Das Haus selbst lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es ist perfekt ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts, sogar schnelles Internet war verfügbar. Platz für eine zweite Familie wäre auch noch da gewesen. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll, gepflegt und sauber. Da ich gerne Koche war ich überrascht, dass nichts fehlte und an alles gedacht wurde. Man merkt, dass das Ferienhaus von den Vermietern gepflegt und ständig in Schuss gehalten wird. Die Lage des Hauses ist ideal. Die Lagune liegt direkt vor dem Haus und man hat einen guten Blick darauf was die Kinder machen. Der Strand ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar und ist riesig, Platz ohne Ende (nicht wie in Italien wo man wie Ölsardinen nebeneinander liegt). In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich ein Becker und ein kleiner Supermarkt, sowie ein Restaurant. Ein großer Supermarkt ist auch ganz in der Nähe. Gruissan ist eine schöne und attraktive Stadt mit typischem französischen Flair und vielen guten Restaurants. Rundum waren wir sehr zufrieden und können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und werden es selbst bei einem unserer nächsten Urlaube wieder mieten.
