Check in was horrific
Make sure to receive a check in email and all instructions before arriving. The management company was not helpful. The condo itself has great views! Minimal cookware, cups and no oven mitts etc. kitchen was not equipped. No beach chairs or etc for use at the beach and this unit does not have a chair service package. No extra trash bags for stay. I had to buy trash bags and laundry soap and fabric sheets. Those should be complimentary especially trash bags! If you stay at this unit bring lots of advil and anything you need to function on a stay including trash bags and paper towels. Go buy your own beach stuff. Along with the booking price add in $200 in extra stuff you will need to stay at the unit, stuff that should already be in the unit.

2203 Twin Palms
The process was simple from booking to check-in. The unit served four people well in regards to space. The kitchen could use a few more options to cook with however, we improvised. We did have to do some cleaning of our own upon arrival but that didn’t spoil our trip. I would recommend this unit to anyone traveling with 4 or fewer people!

Overall great stay
Gate codes are a mess. Gate code given at check in did not work. Had to get property manager to give us a new code. The next day that code stopped working again. Repeat with new code from manager. On third day, repeat process again. Very frustrating when people are waiting behind you to get into garage.
