FREE BEACH SET-UP FOR 2024 SEASON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is a two bedroom unit. The master bedroom has a king bed. The guest bedroom has two double beds. There is 3 TV’s ( All Flat Screens) 2 DVD’s and 1 VCR. The unit has an open kitchen so you can visit with your family and friends while preparing meals. Stackable washer and dryer located within the unit for your convenience. There is a walk in Shower in Master Bath. Unit is tiled in the living areas with carpeted bedrooms. Remodeled Baths and Kitchen with Granite Countertop. Tiled Open Balcony with Excellent Views. You can enjoy an early morning cup of coffee or late night snack while enjoying the view of the Gulf.

You can't beat this location! In the heart of Destin, Shoreline Towers is within minutes from restaurants, shopping, water sports, fishing and golf. The amenities offered at this well-managed resort are amazing! Enjoy the soothing sauna, swim in our pristine clean pool, play tennis or shuffleboard, use the exercise room, grill out, or picnic by the lake. We even have a clubhouse for your gatherings with family and friends. Security on property 24/7 for guest safety and convenience.

Area Attractions:

You are within walking distance of shopping, restaurants and less than a mile from Big Kahuna's Water and Adventure Park. Walk just steps to the beach. No streets to cross to get to the private beach or the seasonally heated pool. From this lovely complex, you'll experience the sights and sounds of the ocean, watch a sunrise or sunset over the water or the sail boats and fishing boats go by.

Less than 4 miles away is the Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time! This unit is our home away from home. We’ve been using unit 2085 for over 15 years. Hopefully next year they will purchase 2 recliners! That would be fantastic.

Nice condo!
Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was great! Comfortable beds and sofas. The dryer needed work because the filer was broken and very difficult to clean and replace. I would rent this property again. Our biggest disappointment was the covering over the balcony rails which totally blocked our view of the beach and ocean. We understand that we could not use the balcony, but why completely block our view? It would have made our stay much more enjoyable. The noise was more than we expected as well. We were not given timely updates on the restrictions we would experience before we arrived.

Disappointed we weren't let it earlier since condo was obviously ready. We would of stayed off carpets and changed and went to pool till 4:00.
