Fabulous View Penthouse Unit 1122 - Three bedroom directly on the Beach

Unit 1122 is a 3 Bed, 3 Bath Penthouse with a tiled, closed Kitchen and stacked washer and dryer for guests convenience. Dining area features a glass top table and tiled floor with a beautiful accent rug underneath. Living Room has a large flat screen TV and DVD/VCR player. It also includes a Stereo/CD player just in case you need some tunes. The Unit has an open carpeted balcony with breath-taking views of the Gulf of Mexico. All bedrooms are tiled, one guest bedroom is like a second Master suite with its own bathroom and great views of the Gulf. There is also a bathroom in the Master bedroom, and the guest bathroom is in the Hallway. Unit 1122 has 1 King and 3 Queen Sized beds, come and enjoy the views and all this space!

Currently Unit 1122 is closed and will remain closed as the owner is having it REMODELED

**In the Fall of 2021 Shoreline Towers began a renovation project and all windows and sliding glass doors are being replaced. Balconies will be repainted, and new floor surfacing will be installed.

Balconies are set to reopen February 1st, 2023. Although, dates are subject to change depending upon weather.**

You are within walking distance of shopping, restaurants and less than a mile from Big Kahuna's Water and Adventure Park. Walk just steps to the beach. No streets to cross to get to the private beach or the seasonally heated pool. From this lovely complex, you'll experience the sights and sounds of the ocean, watch a sunrise or sunset over the water or the sail boats and fishing boats go by.

Less than 4 miles away is the Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750-square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop

Penthouse Condo at Shoreline Towers
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Well, The Condo is in need of an update. However, we had a grand time. Destin is by far a wonderful vacation, we love to go and just relax on the balcony and spend time with our friends. This condo., is not a grand luxurious condo, even though you might want it to be, it's not- it needs a remodel but, I'm not complaining because I was in Destin with Good Friends, Beautiful Water, Good Food, and a place to sleep and relax. We really love Shoreline Towers period because of the Ease of Access to the Beach, the Rental Chair people that are there and we can rely on to have our spot and we know the place, every year. Just be prepared that it's not an updated condo. We Love You Shoreline and we named the Master Suite, "The Liberace Master Bedroom!"

Overall big space, very outdated and quite a few maintenance issues
Big space for a big group. Had alot of maintenance issues. Needs alot of updating. Plugs didn't work right, one of our showers wouldn't latch and after it was fixed the door fell off. They did not come to fix it before we left. Did not have all the needed items in a kitchen, cookie sheets were too big for the very dated oven, no scissors. Tv in living room, remote wouldn't work to turn it off or one or control volume. Fan on outdoor patio didn't work. Microwave was old and noisy. Grease drain under the stove was full before we got there and ended up overflowing because we didn't even know it was there. Pool was away from the beach. One of the bedrooms was right off the hallway it had great lighting outside with not enough coverage inside. Looked like daylight in my bedroom the whole time, made it hard to sleep. Best thing about the stay really was the space in the condo. Would not stay again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Some of the reviews I read, before I booked this, had me a little nervous. It was completely unwarranted! Yes, this condo is a a throwback to my teen years, however, it was clean and had everything my family needed for an amazing week at the beach. It was clean, well-stocked, the staff was awesome, and the location can’t be beat. We took our 3 (20ish) kids who have all left the nest (college and military) and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their own space but all come together as a family and hang out too. Our 20 year old daughter took the front bedroom, which I think originally was intended to be the master but only has a full bed. It’s quite extravagant... she laughed a said she felt like she was at the Palace of Versailles. Overall, a fantastic vacation- we would definitely go back!

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the 2nd time we have stayed at Shorelines but after this experience we will not be back. First time we stayed in the Spring at a friends unit, very nice and clean. This time we needed bigger place. The condo was horrible. They should not be renting it until upgrades are made, which I guess will not happen till sold. Unit was not clean (used condom found), Closet door fell off, Stuck in bathroom due to faulty handle, Handle fell off in tub, couch is gross and pieces will come off on your skin. Multiple handles missing on drawers everywhere. I could on and on but you get the point. Refunded our cleaning fee but did not hear back from Manager about all the issues. Embarrassed we brought friends here.
