Taste the real Bali in a luxury beachfront villa

Welcome to our beach villa page: Beach House West-Bali. The villa offers a relaxing Balinese experience at sea with your own private staff and swimmingpool. The villa has four bedrooms with each an own bathroom, suited for up to eight persons. The villa is also included with free Wi-Fi. Our staff will prepare your meals, which you can choose from our own menu. The staff will also clean the villa. The villa offers a full panorama view. You can see the ocean and even the Javanese vulcanoes. Transport is also arrangeable to and from the villa. For more information about the possible activities, transport, price or our own menu you can contact me.

The villa also includes:
• Ground floor livingroom with flat screen TV and DVD player
• First floor sun terrace
• Extra livingroom on the first floor with flat screen TV and DVD player
• Thatched gazebo: an outside covered resting place
• A private swimming pool of 14 by 5 meters with a jacuzzi. It has an overflow at the seaside and a wide relaxing stairs. You can enter the pool easily. The depth of the pool varies from 1,20 to 2 meter
• Swimming pool terrace with sunshades and sunbeds
• An outside shower located at the swimming pool
• Direct access to the beach
• Nice swimmable ocean
• Security and staff for cleaning, cooking and maintaining garden, swimmingpool and beach
• Chef for breakfast, lunch and dinner; Indonesian- and Western dishes (for groceries costs)

You will be able to meet the locals and discover the true culture of Bali. The surroundings are amazing! It is a beachfront villa, between the palm trees, nearby a small local village. There is a nature park nearby with waterfalls, monkeys and temples. In the area there are great snorkeling and diving spots, such as the Menjangan island. From our villa we offer various tours. For example a tour to the still active volcano of Java.

Good value for money
Staff was very friendly and could not help enough, The pool was really nice. Market was about 10 mins bike drive away with less choices - meaning the area does not have super markets to choose from. Beach was nice when there was not too much trash - as the property is near a river mouth there is a lot of trash, but the staff clean up every day. The property needs some maintenance and some items need repairs. Overall the stay was good and our family had a great time.

Très belle maison dans un très beau cadre
Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cette villa. Nous étions 4 adultes et 3 enfants. Si vous voulez être tranquille loin des touristes c’ est Parfait. Le personnel de maison est parfait. Très agréable. La piscine est top face à la mer. Sable noir mais ça ne dérange pas. Seule bémol pour la mer elle est sale mais comme un peu partout à Bali malheureusement. Nous avions loué des scooters pour se balader c’ Est parfait. Je suis juste déçu pour le choix des plats pour déjeuner et dîner. On vous présente une belle carte pour choisir mais malheureusement tout le monde doit choisir la même chose alors que nous avions 3 enfants !! La raison dite par la cuisinière c’ est qu’elle est seule à préparer alors que le premier jour elles étaient deux. Et que les autres jours il y avait également une autre personne qui venait l’aider pour la vaisselle. C’est fort dommage car les enfants ne mangent pas la même chose que nous!! On a dû s’adapter pas le choix. Également dans le choix de la carte vous n’avez Pas de poisson frais alors que nous voyons les pêcheurs juste en face. !! Pas compris pourquoi. Globalement à part ce détail je recommande cette villa si vous voulez être au calme loin des touristes !

The staff are all amazing and not intrusive at all... Coming from the USA and not having staff in-house, it seemed odd at first to have people attending to us... by the end of the stay we were VERY sad things were coming to a close! The house is beautiful and spacious... the food was amazing and we had 3 meals prepared most days. The staff are easy to communicate with and will go above and beyond to ensure that the stay is amazing. The "open air" concept of most homes in Bali is so nice and this home has a good mix of open air and the AC that many westerners are accustomed to. The area of Bali is very rural and off the beaten path... a perfect place to enjoy time away from the busy, touristy, sections of Bali... If you want an amazing place to stay, look no further! We also had an opportunity to hang out with the owner and his family who were vacationing at one of his other properties at the same time... He invited us to go snorkeling with his family and we had a great time talking about Bali life and learning about his experiences. It was an amazing trip.... I will be returning to this property as soon as I have a chance and will bring friends! Could not be more pleased... :-)

Excellent Stay
My family and I enjoyed an excellent 6-night stay at this Melaya beach house. We would enthusiastically stay here again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others. The home is located in a very quiet part of western Bali right on the Indian Ocean. We loved the home's design and amenities. Each bedroom has it's own large, modern bathroom and AC. There are great family spaces to enjoy, including an family/movie room with AC, an outdoor padio/deck on the 2nd level of the house with outstanding views, and the amazing pool area. Our family loved the pool. It is very large and the water is super clear and clean. The home's staff cleaned it each morning. We spent a lot of time in the pool! We also enjoyed the black sand beach. We were a bit worried about the litter/trash before coming (based on other reviews). While there is definitely trash that washes up, the beach was much cleaner than I was expecting, and we enjoyed regular walks along the beach at low tide. Having "staff" in the house cooking meals for you seemed odd to us, so our plan was to visit a local market and cook some of our meals ourselves (our kids are also picky so this seemed like a good idea). However, it didn't turn out that way. Melaya doesn't have a supermarket, and the Hardy's supermarket (in Negara, about 45 minutes away) was a major disappointment with little to offer. As a result, we relied much more on the staff cooking meals than originally planned. This worked out great as we found a number of things the kids liked. In particular, we recommend the pizza, pancakes and french toast! FYI, do not expect to take go out to restaurants/bars, etc., as the home is located in a quiet area with few options. Speaking of the staff, they were excellent. Friendly and very helpful. Made (pronounced 'Maday') and Iluh were there daily to help with meals and clean, and Komang is the property manager that helped arrange excursions and make sure everything was going well. As other reviews mention, it seems odd at first, but you quickly get used to their presence. If you are seeking a low-key, relaxing experience at a modern, well-equipped home on the ocean (with a great pool), this is it. Daily excursions are easy to do and can be arranged by Komang. We enjoyed snorkeling, a jungle trek and a visit to Pemuteran to release a sea turtle. We had a rental car, so getting around was easy for us (but they too can arrange transport). Bottom line...this place is really special!

The villa is located 20 meters from a clean beach and has his own swimming pool. On the first floor there is a panorama terrace which gives you a stunning view of Java and its volcanoes. You will be able to enjoy diner with gorgeous sunset and a wonderful sea view. Nearby is a protected natural park and waters full of coral and fish.

We offer a full staff for cleaning, breakfast, lunch and dinner. The villa has a big swimming pool and a jacuzzi. It's a modern villa with lots of luxuries and a little touch of Bali.

Our staff is well educated and offers a menu with Balinese specialties such as bubur ayam and gado gado. Not only does our staff cook Balinese food, they also make western dishes such as hamburgers and pizza.
