Apartamento amplo, dona Arlete muito flexível. AP perto de tudo, e acomoda 8 pessoas muito bem. Possui 3 quartos sendo 2 de casais e um de solteiro com 2 banheiro. Gostei muito irei alugar ele mais vezes.

Só um dos quartos tem ar condicionado.
No anúncio feito no site do VRBO, o mesmo quarto foi fotografado duas vezes, sendo que em uma a cama foi modificada de lugar e trocada a roupa de cama, dando a impressão que haveriam 2 quartos con ar condicionado, mas na verdade é só um. A comunicação com a proprietária é precária. Não atende o telefone informado no anúncio. Não me informou o número do edifício e nem o número do apartamento, só o nome da rua. Tive que ir perguntando nas portarias dos edifícios. O micro-ondas não funciona. Não tem roupa de cama e nem de banho. É bem localizado, próximo às praias, restaurantes e comércio.
