Take advantage of special beach gear and bike credit! This newly renovated Kiawah Island vacation rental offers 3 bedrooms, a screened porch, a dock, and lovely lagoon views. The villa is an easy 5-minute walk to the beach. As of 2022, this Parkside villa has received new furnishings and updates throughout.

This beautifully renovated villa offers a two-story townhouse layout with the main living areas on the second floor. The open floor plan allows for easy meal preparation and entertaining during your stay. The large updated kitchen features granite countertops, a beautiful tile backsplash, and stainless steel appliances, including a new french-door refrigerator. The dining area offers a table with seating for six. The comfortable living room, with new furnishings, showcases an elevated ceiling, plenty of seating with a sofa, cozy side chair, and leather recliner, wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and access to the screened porch.

Two of the three bedrooms are found on the second floor. The lagoon view master suite features a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, private bathroom with double sinks and a large shower, and easy access to the screened porch. The second upstairs bedroom offers two twin beds, a flat-screen TV, and bathroom with shower/tub combination. Downstairs you will find the third bedroom, which has a lovely lagoon view, queen-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and access to the deck and dock. The attached bathroom has a shower/tub combination.

The villa features two incredible outdoor spaces with lagoon views: the first floor provides access to the dock and the second floor offers a screened porch. The dock features wraparound bench seating and two chaise lounges. The screened porch has an elevated ceiling, desirable ceiling fan, dining table with six chairs, and two additional cozy chairs. This villa provides ample space to relax with family and friends and abundant opportunities to enjoy the lagoon and surrounding island habitat.

The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

During your stay on Kiawah, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golf on one of five world class golf courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, boating, kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.

Great Time had by all.
We had a lovely stay in Kiawah and the unit was perfect for our needs. 2 Adults, 2 kids (19 +15). Everyone had more than enough space, their own bathroom, and we took advantage of the screened in porch on the second level and the deck over the lagoon. The unit was clean and the gear rental company delivered and picked up our bikes, beach chairs and umbrella in accordance with the expected timeline. Getting into the unit was a breeze and our communication with the rental company was easily handled all online. We would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful….but
Wonderful condo in a great location with a gorgeous view. Beautiful, quick walk to the beach including a bridge walk over the lagoon. Our family loved sitting on the deck and the dock watching the alligators and birds. Only complaints were the beds were very firm and the pillows were very flat and we saw cockroaches on multiple occasions in the foyer and kitchen floor.
