This luxury condo is located in-between Gas Town and Yale Town. Amenities to this unit are ideal. There are two major grocery stories just minutes from the condo. Costco being one and TNT being the other. Five star restaurants and coffee bars are also within walking distance. If you would like to do some touring then hop onto the Aqua bus. Going to Grandville Island is a breeze. You can also take a bike ride around the sea wall and enjoy the ocean and Stanley Park. This condo is close to just about anything that you would like to do, whether that be shopping, sightseeing or just relaxing in a coffee bar.
My three children visit and I visit Vancouver several times a year to visit my family. Since we have been doing this for many years, we felt that we needed a place of our own.
Hence this condo. We love being right in the heart of downtown. Shopping is easy and doing activities with the children is even easier. My daughter takes ballet here in Vancouver in the summers and the two boys enjoy taking art classes on Grandeville Island. So it is very convient for us. we love and enjoy this place as we hope you will too.

The reason why I would choose this property is that not only has it been updated and renovated, but you also have a private courtyard, a very modernized exercise equipment and room, a swimming pool and jacuzzi. Grocery stores, restaurant, coffee bars, pharmacists, hair salons, dog groomers are all just minuets away. Literally all you have to do is go downstairs and out the building and everything is there. In addition, on a clear day, you can see the beautiful mountains peaks from the bedroom windows. It's a nice sight when getting up in the mornings.

Overall it was a really great place.
Great location, unit nice and clean, great view of the snow topped mountains. Only reasons not 5 stars: lack of sufficient towel racks in the bathroom, bathroom fan was broken and made a loud buzzing sound, master bed was too big for room and kept hitting my shin against the frame and insufficient dish towels in the kitchen. All pretty minor stuff compared to the rest of the positives. I would stay here again!
We spent the weekend here with friends and really enjoyed it. The location is perfect for exploring Vancouver - and there are a number of grocery stores and restaurants nearby. The place was clean and furnished very comfortably .. and the video games were an added bonus! The owner was very responsive (despite the fact we were there over Christmas) Highly recommend to anyone visiting Vancouver
Overall great experience. Got infant stuff delivered to Helennas nephew next to condo which was very convenient. Next to Chinatown/stadium sky train stop. A few minutes walk to sea taxi. A few blocks up to East hastings which leads to Gastown. The walk takes you across the heroin needle exchange which was a bit intimidating yet felt quite safe as the area is so densely populated. Excellent food all around. Pool and sauna area was a great bonus. No extras in the condo such as condiments, peanut butter, butter, jam, etc so had to purchase the as well as shower soap, cleaning towels, etc. Internet was absolutely useless as it cut out and in. Couldnt watch Netflix etc but could usually check email.
Good location. Very clean and modern apartment. Everything you could need. Helena quickly responsed to questions or needs. Would stay again.
Watch the Canucks score at Rogers Arena, live performance at the Queen Elizabeth Theatre. Walk, run or bike around the Seawall to Granville Island or to Stanley Park. Pick from a plethora of world famous restaurants or simply hop into your car and drive 20 minutes to one of our local ski resorts and go skiing, snowboard and more!
