This luxury condo is located in-between Gas Town and Yale Town. Amenities to this unit are ideal. There are two major grocery stories just minutes from the condo. Costco being one and TNT being the other. Five star restaurants and coffee bars are also within walking distance. If you would like to do some touring then hop onto the Aqua bus. Going to Grandville Island is a breeze. You can also take a bike ride around the sea wall and enjoy the ocean and Stanley Park. This condo is close to just about anything that you would like to do, whether that be shopping, sightseeing or just relaxing in a coffee bar.

Friends Getaway in Vancouver with a View!
We thought this lovely condo was thoughtfully decorated and had everything we needed for a short vacay with friends with a view! It's close to Rogers Arena, the ferry launch, and China town. It was also fairly easy to get taxis in front of the complex. Thanks Hellena for all of your hospitality, always very quick to respond!

Great trip
Nice property with lots of restaurants plus proximity to the seawall and Skytrain. Only real downside was some of the area hasn't been redeveloped but this can be mostly avoided if you know which streets to avoid.

excellent property but parking access a big challenge
The property was as advertised and the location great to access most areas of interest to Downtown, the convention center and the markets. The contact person was somehow unprofessional, she took our call from a noisy place without isolating herself and preferred to blame us for our difficulty in accessing the parking space. The FOB did not work as indicated and while there was some information supported by photos, the information could have been a lot clearer. The parking is a maze but good accurate information would help make the stay a 5 star.

Perfect location!
Overall I loved staying here. It was a great location, easy to access once you followed the instructions once. Great view and had everything we needed. It turned out I missed receiving some of the details in the welcome package which neither of us knew so there was some confusion with pool hours, pool cleaning hours and towels to bring to the pool so just make sure you receive the full package so you don’t have to bother your host to ask questions like I did. Although she was great at answering them all once she realized I didn’t get the full welcome package with all the details.

My three children visit and I visit Vancouver several times a year to visit my family. Since we have been doing this for many years, we felt that we needed a place of our own.
Hence this condo. We love being right in the heart of downtown. Shopping is easy and doing activities with the children is even easier. My daughter takes ballet here in Vancouver in the summers and the two boys enjoy taking art classes on Grandeville Island. So it is very convient for us. we love and enjoy this place as we hope you will too.

Why they chose this property

The reason why I would choose this property is that not only has it been updated and renovated, but you also have a private courtyard, a very modernized exercise equipment and room, a swimming pool and jacuzzi. Grocery stores, restaurant, coffee bars, pharmacists, hair salons, dog groomers are all just minuets away. Literally all you have to do is go downstairs and out the building and everything is there. In addition, on a clear day, you can see the beautiful mountains peaks from the bedroom windows. It's a nice sight when getting up in the mornings.
