Why Guest Services chose Princeville
The owner purchased this property for its convenient location in the Princeville Resort and proximity to all that the north shore has to offer. The owners visit often and love walking to the Westin for coffee in the morning and happy hour in the evening.
What makes this Condo unique

Cute 1 bedroom
We knew exactly what to expect so traffic noise not a problem. Great location to everything, very cute. Had all of the amenities. Nice pool.
Solid option on the North Shore
The location is super convenient to Princeville shopping center and easily accessible from Kuhio Hwy while exploring. I appreciated being able to zip right back for forgotten things without having to get too deep into the neighborhood. Loved the full kitchen and stacked washer/dryer. The floor unit a/c in the bedroom was nice to have as it got into the mid 80’s during my stay. The only “downside” is the street noise from Ka Haku Rd, which didn’t bother me but I can imagine it might bother some. This is a great little place for 1 or 2 people who are ok sleeping in the same bed. Definitely recommend and will consider staying again.
Very nice and clean
Excellent for the price. Nicely Updated unit.
Fantastic place to stay.
Fantastic place to stay on a beautiful island! Everything you could possibly need in a great area!
Cars Cars and more Cars
While I would love to give this unit five stars, I just can't. Several issues; yes we were told this unit is on the main road to the Princeville Resort. What the description lacks is; there are MANY resorts off of this main road with hundreds of houses and condos. For two minutes, I counted 31 cars, and trucks passing by 15 feet from the deck, and that was during a slower time of day. The traffic went on from morning until well after midnight. No sitting out on the deck and enjoying coffee or a meal in any peace and quite. Okay so the bedroom is back away from the street traffic and has a door that helped cut the noise, BUT, the bed needs a new mattress. The mattress is soft, we managed to get pain free sleep by not moving out of the hollows in the mattress.
I will say the bathroom and the kitchen have been updated and are very nice. The windows in the kitchen have the screens on the inside so you can't get to the dirt build up on the windows to clean them. If new windows were installed it would help lessen the noise from the street.
Please note all sound carries through the walls and ceiling. While in the bathroom it is weird to hear the man upstairs peeing in his toilet.
To enter the unit, from the porch, there are double doors that open into a foyer. Once in the foyer the door to this unit is on the right, and to the left is the neighboring unit. The entrance into the unit goes directly into the bedroom. This is fine if you and the neighbor are on the same schedule, but if the neighbor comes in late - and you're sleeping, you're going to be woke up by doors opening and slamming, and suitcases rolling in.
There is a portable air conditioner in the bedroom. You could see half inch daylight all around the hose in the window. With the constant worry over insects I would have been more comfortable if this were caulked. When we left, there was actually a note on the door that the whole building was going to be sprayed for insects. Well Yeah!
