Costa do Sol Condominium, in Guaratuba Beach which is bordered by two clean rivers, both and the beach with great bathing and long stretch of sand great for sports.
House located in one of the best areas of the coast of São Paulo, in block A of the condominium, access is near the beach and river.
Large and airy beach side house, near the Guaratuba river with beautiful garden, can accommodate up to 15 people (in beds according to the provision below, this is the maximum allowed).
The property has 4 bedrooms (1 suite), 3 bathrooms in total, living room with two environments with TV / DVD / Sound (living and dining) with balcony, plus mezzanine with TV and balcony, kitchen with stove, microwave, fridge freezer and basic appliances residences.
Covered barbecue with fridge and stove, interconnected rooms, shower, garage, pool 7 x 3 mts on a stone deck, waterfall, newly renovated.

Esperávamos mais!
O proprietário foi muito simpático e nos orientou sobre o comércio e atrações locais. A área externa do imóvel é muito agradável e com boa manutenção. Porém, internamente o imóvel deixa a desejar tanto na conservação como na estrutura, principalmente dos dormitórios. A suíte não possui janela e ainda apresenta ventilação mecânica deficiente. Os demais dormitórios são extremamente pequenos para a quantidade de camas instaladas. Nos banheiros observamos torneiras e vasos sanitários soltos, que são coisas que poderiam facilmente ser resolvidas com boa manutenção. Na cozinha está localizado a churrasqueira porém o ventilador de teto não estava funcionando o que tornou o ambiente extremamente quente tirando o prazer de fazer churrasco e preparar alimentos. Em nossa opinião há a necessidade de uma boa manutenção e rever a acomodação para 15 pessoas. Pelo valor pago, esperávamos mais!

1- Atendimento do proprietário e o caseiro são top de mais. 2 - casa oferece toda estrutura de uma casa de família e para crianças 3 - total segurança do condomínio e do imóvel. 4- casa muito bem limpa agradável e confortável - com muita energia positiva. 5- minhas considerações; Superou todas as expectativas de um final de semana agradável com um lugar incrível, pretendo fazer viagens novamente, mas nessa casa! Simão obrigado por nos deixar muito a vontade em sua casa. obrigado
