Villa Paesino 5 is located uphill from the town of Stresa in the center of a nice small village overlooking the lake, this recently restored villa dates from 1400\'s and is related to the Visconti Castle located nearby. The owners have restored Paesino with great care leaving the details of the past in place.Villa Paesino 5 sleeps 4. First floor: Entrance from the terrace, a double bedroom (also with access to the terrace), bathroom, kitchen and small sitting room. There is a twin bedroom in the Mansard.Villa Paesino is nicely furnished and very well-cared for. Each apartment has direct access to the upper terrace, telephone, and TV. Two hours of housekeeping per week is provided. Nearby Activities: In the village you can find all various shops and restaurants, and there is also a delicious take out restaraunt in the village of Lesa (4 km). A sports club with 3 tennis courts and Olympic-size pool (10 km). Guests may use the facilities for a daily or weekly rate. The beach is 4 km from the villa. There are 2 golf courses within 10 minutes by car and 7 more within 45 minutes. The ferry to other beautiful lake resort towns and islands docks at Belgirate just a 10 minute drive. The town of Stresa is within a 10 minute drive and Pallanza is 15 km north, Arona is 6 km south.
