About this property

Stay in our private and secluded cabin close to all the Smoky attractions

Our cabin is both 3 bed room, two full baths living room with wood fireplace separate Jacuzzi room with fireplace. Cabin has a full kitchen with everything you need to make a light snack to thanksgiving dinner. We also have a charcoal grill. Our deck is large enough to hold your whole family with two tables chairs. Enjoy the beautiful sunrise from the deck as it comes over the mountains with your morning coffee or hot chocolate. Hike the mountains around the cabin or take a short trip to all the local attractions in Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge or a fishing trip to one of the local lakes and streams. Don't forget to get your meal started before you leave in the crock pot so it will be waiting for you when you get home.
All you need to bring on your trip to our cabin is your clothes, food and toiletries. We provide your sheets and towels for your stay. We also provide starters of paper towels and dish soap. So you can spend your time relaxing and watching the sun rise and listening to the sounds of nature. Please be aware that our cabin sits at 3600 feet on the top of a mountain, therefore in the winter you may need a 4 wheel drive and or chains. In the winter we sometimes get snow before anyone else does. Please note that there is no refund due to road conditions that is why we suggest that you get vacation insurance especially in the winter months. There is also no refund if you shorten you stay and no refund will be offered after check in time. PARTIAL DEPOSIT WILL BE RETAINED IF FOR SMOKING ON PROPERTY, FAILURE TO FOLLOW CHECK OUT PROCEDURE OR FOR EXCESSIVE CLEANING. Directions will be given to you closer to check in time along with key instructions.

Love the view but cabin is run down
We stayed here about 10 years ago when we were 20 years old and we absolutely love this place. We talk some from friends into staying and it was horrible. The coffee pot was moldy and the filter was still full of coffee ground. The pots and pans were gross and we ended up buying our own set and utensils to cook because it was so gross. The DVD didn't work at first but thankfully we had a IT with us to reprogram the Remote so we got it to work. The whole cabin has just not been taken care of and we were really disappointed with our stay

Don’t use this rental
The drive to the cabin was rough but as long as the weather is fair then it’s not much trouble. After getting to the cabin and inspecting the rooms we found that there was pet pee stains in the carpet and a hole in one of the bedroom doors. The deck was in horrible shape and would wobble when you walked on it, there was even holes in spots. We also found bed bugs and evidence that someone had tried to treat for them. So the property manager was aware of them. We was in the cabin for a grand total of about 30 minutes and had to find another place to stay for our vacation. When we reported this to the manager and asked for the refund we got less than half of our rental fee back. The property manager said he had to pay someone to clean the cabin out of rental. The cabin had roaches in the sink and spiderwebs throughout it so this wasn’t clean when we got here

Horrible
We were unable to reach the cabin by car. When my sister and I WALKED up to the cabin while waiting on a tow truck to get my car out,the ramp was extremely unsafe. The porch is in major disrepair. We were unable to even get into the property. I had both of my disabled parents waiting in my car and there is no way they could access the property. We were unable to stay at the property. A lot of wasted money.

STEEP RAMP!!!
Would not recommend for people with disabilities. Ramp is extremely steep. Too steep for me to roll up on my own and im pretty fit. The deck is in dire need of repair. The back wheel of my chair broke through twice and had to have help getting out. Pretty scary. ( me and the chair weigh 165 total) the road to the cabin is TREACHEROUS! 4 wheel drive not needed, but highly recommended and if you are in a vehicle the size of an Expedition, you can forget about making the last two turns. Other than that, our stay was fine

Would never stay there
This was so bad. When i got there it had a mold smell to it. I noticed that the beds had bugs on them. When i called and talked to the owner about this i was told that he had it sprayed for normal things. The refrigerator is rusted on the outside bottom. I asked since i was not staying there and why about my money back and he refused. I was told to have a good trip. You have to have a 4 wheel drive truck to get up to the cabin which it did not mention it was 2 cabins in one. I nor any of my family or friends will ever stay at any of his properties
