Our luxurious condo is a spacious, bright, clean and modern well-appointed 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit in the upscale Lakeside Village resort. Located right on Pineview Lake for summer water activity & close to Snowbasin resort, only 45 minutes from Salt Lake city.

Enjoy the truly amazing, panoramic sunset views of Pineview Lake and surrounding mountains or curl up by the cozy fireplace with your favorite entertainment on the 50 inch flat screen TV set up with Roku & Chromecast (use your own account to log in as condo doesn't subscribe to Cable or streaming services). Stay connected with free wireless connection or play one of our popular family board games.

Restaurants nearby and a fully-stocked kitchen is supplied to cook a gourmet meal! NOTE: Kitchen features new fridge/freezer, oven and dishwasher!

BBQ grill and patio furniture all year. Upscale furnishings, hardwood floors and plush carpeting throughout -- deluxe, elegant and casual comfort in 2 levels! Please note this is the bright, quiet top level unit located on the attractive west side that features absolutely stunning panorama views of both Snowbasin and Pineview Lake! Enjoying the stars and amazing views from the hot tub on our top level deck is a favorite activity for our guests!

Beds for six people: High end beds and linens make you sleep like a king after a long day on the slopes; Master bedroom suite has king size bed and a small pull-out twin sofa bed in the spacious, bright bedroom suite. Downstairs bedroom sleeps two in a queen bed with adjacent spacious walk-in closet, and the large living room has the world's most comfortable pull-out king sofa sleeper (American Leather from Crate & Barrel; no springs or bars) that easily fits two adults. The en-suite bathroom upstairs features double vanity, jetted tub and separate shower while downstairs bathroom has a full bath. Both bathrooms are supplied with eco-friendly spa bath product lines.

Full size washer and dryer in condo so no need to drag lots of clothes around airports!

Our complex features a clubhouse and a large, inviting outdoor hot tub, exercise room, 2 tennis courts and large pool, kiddie pool and community during summer months.

Excellent Snowbasin Getaway
Decided at the last minute to ditch Thanksgiving and have a staycation and ski at Snowbasin. This was the perfect property for our little family of 5. The owner is very accommodating, communicates well, and takes good care of this condo. The kitchen is well stocked. The pots and pans are in excellent condition, unlike what you usually find in rental condos. The knives do leave a bit to be desired but not the end of the world. The hot tub actually works and it hot! Also a problem in rental condo's. Part of the reason we selected this place is because it had a private hot tub that wasn't shut down for the winter. A win after a long day of skiing. The beds in this property are VERY comfortable and they have a plethora of bath care products for you to use. We love that they also had plenty of towels. The washer and dryer were small but to be expected for this size of a property. We can't speak to the sofa beds as we did not use them. The dishwasher is quiet you can hardly hear it and works like a charm. Seating for dining is somewhat limited and kind of tight. The main table is also on carpet, so we only allowed adults to eat in that area. The biggest downfall is the TV. We were looking forward to watching a big football game, but the main one and the others are very outdated and the picture in very poor. However, we ended up being too tired so it wasn't that big of deal. But if we wanted to sit by the fire and watch movies over a longer period of time, we would've like to have something more updated. Overall, this is wonderful property that we would highly recommend, especially for those who are coming up to ski. It has great views, and the owner is very helpful. We will return here again next year.

Great Family Get Away
This property was absolutely perfect for a family get away. Spacious, clean and in a perfect location to enjoy all outdoor activities. Our kids are young adults and we enjoyed the large living room and kitchen area where we could all be together in the evening’s after skiing. The hot tub was definitely enjoyed by all. The condo had super comfortable beds, fluffy linens and extra of everything needed for warmth at night. Bathrooms were very clean and were stocked with soap and shampoo and blow dryers. Owners provided suggestions on where to eat, buy groceries and rent equipment. We used all that info and were quite pleased. Once we were there the owner was easy to contact and responded very quickly. We hated to leave and would stay here again!

Lakeside Village is an off the beaten track gem situated on Pineview Reservoir and only minutes away from Snowbasin's ski resort. Lakeside is gorgeous in the summer, with tons of outdoor activities for the family. AND it's close to Salt Lake City for those who like shopping. What more could you ask for?
