This 1950's home has been carefully restored to a comfortable, contemporary and charming lakefront residence. The many spectacular views are worth $1 Million. Weather it is stunning sunrises, sunsets or storms crossing the lake you can spend countless hours viewing the ever-changing lake views. Immediate and easy views of Kelly's Island, Southbass Island and Catawba Island.

The historic Lakeside Community is literally steps away providing a wide diversity of activities for all ages. You and your family can enjoy a range of Lakeside programs including: Educational conferences, Religious programs, arts and crafts, musical programs, performing arts, culinary classes, water activities (swimming and sailing lessons), children's programs, and a range of sports (shuffleboard, miniature golf, tennis and basketball).

The layout of the home is very open, accommodating a true 'get-together' feeling however, two very private bedrooms and adjacent bathrooms are conveniently located. Fun, open, gathering spaces are available with a large living room, sunroom, dining room and outdoor patio. The house is continually updated with new furnishings, new carpet/ hardwood floors, new mattresses/bedding, and fresh paint. The bedrooms are configured to maximize flexibility, one bedroom containing 2 queen beds the second bedroom containing 1 queen bed. Sleeping a house of 6 is never a problem.

Our home is part of a uniquely established subdivision which has appropriate neighborhood guidelines requiring up-to-date appearances, providing neighborhood security and a lakefront park for all subdivision residents. The park offers lake access and a wonderful place to sunbathe or read a book by the lake.
