Good Times
The cottage had everything we needed, plus it's a great location with great views. Mike (the host) was very helpful, both before and during the stay. I highly recommended staying at this cottage.

Cross Village trip
Very nice property, we had a very nice time. The tips in the summary sheet were very good. There were gorgeous sunsets on the beach. Only challenge was the turn in for the driveway comes quick and gravel going up the first part was a bit loose. We would definitely go back again

Wonderful Place to Stay
This cabin has everything we could have asked for: a beautiful view, it was secluded and had lots of outdoor space to enjoy.

About the host

I grew up in the Detroit area but spent a good portion of my childhood summers in Northern Michigan. From that experience I always had a dream of someday owning a cottage in Northern Michigan.

Why they chose this property

I was introduced to the Tunnel of Trees approximately ten years ago and was instantly taken by its uniqueness and natural beauty.

This chalet-style home is surrounded by trees, yet has great views overlooking the Tunnel of Trees and Lake Michigan. Behind the property is over an acre of unblemished woods with a creek running through it. Property also has private beach access.

What makes this property unique

The property is conveniently located for many day trips. Tour or bike the Tunnel of Trees or take a short drive to the Sturgeon Bay and Dunes. Petoskey, Harbor Springs, and Mackinaw City are approximately 30 minutes away.
