Copper Springs 301 is a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath condominium with a King Size Bed in the Master Bedroom, a Queen Size Bed in the 2nd Bedroom accommodating up to 4 people. This unit is beautifully decorated with a number of added Amenities including a Flat Screen TV, a Full-size Kitchen and free Wifi Access. This unit is approximately 900 sq. ft. with a spectacular view overlooking Copper Mountain, Copper Station and the Super Bee Chair Lift. The building's Amenities include Heated Underground parking Located in the East Village, where the lift lines are, at times, smaller and the ski runs are always bigger, Copper Springs 301 is ideal for friends traveling together or a family with 2 children. | Summit County Colorado Short Term Rental Permit #BCA-72627 | One parking space per condo available on-site. Any additional vehicles have to park at the North Alpine Lot. Please note that Copper is now charging $20 per night for overflow parking.

Great location, awful bed
Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This would have been a perfect stay, except the beds were so uncomfortable that one of us slept on the floor and the other woke up with significant back pain. They appeared to be Temperpedic knockoffs that create significant indentations when any body weight is put on them. We were incredibly disappointed and couldn’t believe that Copper would select such cheap mattresses when charging so much! Wish we could get a refund.

Great location but beds need replaced
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Would have been a great vacation, but had to leave early because the beds were so old and painful to sleep in.

Great place
Really liked the unit. Well stocked BUT - The furnishings and layout make it even more desirable. Lots of pillows. Blankets. Close to lift. Across street. And a few feet to super bee. Coming back!

Wonderful place
The place was exactly as described. Very nice! We had one issue during stay that wasn’t anything the owner could have avoided - they turned the water off in the building to do a few repairs in other units and the building as a whole. The owner couldn’t have avoided that but communication warning is of that from the property manager would have been nice so we could have worked around it better.

Great location, solid condo
The location is 5 stars, right across the street from the lift and the shuttle stop. Hot tub was great and parking was easy. Unit is 3 stars, a little dated and worn, but totally functional. The walls are super thin, and you are very close to the elevators, so it can be loud.
